My daughters car had low tire pressure on her dashboard. My husband went to Caroline Tire they fixed the problem by removing pressure caps for towing and put the correct valves on and no more flashing on the dashboard. No charge and no wait. Had a flat tire last spring. Brought my car in at the start of business and was out in about an hour with a patched tire at a very reasonable price. Checked out the prices for other work that I might need done on my car in the future, and all prices were much lower than a dealership. Definitely would recommend this shop. Hard to find an honest mechanic who does good work.

If you need a used tire, this place is excellent and affordable. Drive in from the back into the shop and you could have 4 tires in 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Paid for a 1000 dollars worth of work wouldn’t give a receipt to me they said printer was down next day all my lights were back on went straight there they pretended like I wasn’t there the day before told me I would need a receipt they said they don’t remember my car even though they found me in the system they refused to give me a receipt for the next shop I took it to the next shop said that all there work was down half way nothing was actually down properly

These guys squeezed me in right before closing time and changed THREE tires for me. They gave me 3 beautiful, used tires for my fleet truck at a price that made me look twice at the receipt. Rafa always does a fine job even with just routine maintenance, and brings my car back around exactly as I have left it in their care. Eric also keeps me updated on any that may need future attention, communicates in a very timely manner, and is very friendly yet professional. Id be hard-pressed to find this level of service and would surely miss them if I ever have to move away from this city.

Went in for front brakes/rotors. They were very fast and professional. Price was perfect as well. Will definitely be doing business here from now on.

Had some issues with Caroline Tire recently. They overtightened my lugs and tried to charge me for their own mistake multiple times. Took my vehicle elsewhere and they confirmed this. Good prices but I won’t be returning. No one wearing masks also a safety concern.

Great customer service. All the employees there are very friendly and helpful. Timing good whether they are busy or not they still work hard at there best. Tire prices are very reasonable. I shopped around a while but this place came recommended by Lake Worth locals. They found me a great set of 4 tires for my 2013 Fusion. All 4 tires mounted and balanced perfectly. Car drives fantastic with the alignment too. Super friendly no BS staff. Got a nail in the tire within 30 days, dealer said can’t fix it had to replace during an oil change. Brought it back to Caroline and they fixed it no problem and wouldn’t take any money. Really great business to deal with. Will be back fo sure and will send business their way.

Caroline Tire reminds me of a small town shop, which I like. Everyone is super friendly. I usually get my tires from here – best price I can find. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience. I was there getting tires and was told I needed new motor mounts. The quote was over $800. I asked if I really needed all four motor mounts. The tech insisted, yes I do need all of them replaced. Later that week, I got a second opinion from the dealership, where I was informed I only needed one. I was very happy to save so much money, but so disappointed in Caroline Tire – a place I trusted. Maybe it’s just one bad employee, not an untrustworthy establishment as a whole. Just like with anything, buyer beware. It’s always good to get a second opinion – it could save you hundreds of dollars!

This is not my first experience here. Today I pulled in and immediately was taken care of! Everyone is always helpful and polite. They have been respectful, honest and fair priced every time.

If you want your car problems fixed then DO NOT GO HERE. These people do not know what they are doing. It’s absurd that I’ve had to come here multiple times because they couldn’t fix problems with my tires the first time. Also had to wait almost 2 hours just to be told there wasn’t a hole in my tire when they ended up actually checking the wrong tire!!! I also recommended a friend to go there to fix his brake lights before I started having all these problems with this place and he even had to go back because they messed up. Save yourself the time and issues and please go elsewhere.

Great business for all your auto tire and light mechanical work. These guys are honest, efficient and very reasonably priced. Ive gotten multiple tires here, oil change, and had some diagnostics and minor fixes done on an old explorer. These guys did right by providing their professional opinion and having me hold off on a repair that would have likely been cost prohibitive for me in the end even though they could have made good money on it.

Awesome ...great prices only thing is if you have big wheels over 20inch . Its done by hand so have them put something on the ground before placing your wheels on concrete floor to prevent ..scratches and dings .

These guys saved my day they had the tires I needed .along with fast and friendly service even restoed my spare tire /rim back under my truck at no additional cost. Definitely would recommend . They said it is a family business past down a couple generations.

I called Caroline’s in a panic needing work done that day. They not only immediately helped me, they did a thorough check of my moms car and were able fix all of the problems that day. I was there for hours but I left feeling that my moms car was now in tip top shape and that she would be safe to drive. The men were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I am tired of going there to get crappy tires. My reason of keeping going to this place is that it was handy from my place. But it came at a price.Each and every time I was getting tires than before a moth was due were getting low in air too often. The used in good condition tires they have are always wired chinese brands that just dont last.On top of that, every time I go there are all new faces. If people dont last there would be for a reason.Please do not go there. Do not get mislead by the marketing. You will get crappy tires and will regret soon after. Guaranteed.

I love this auto shop.. I trust them to do honest work. They pay there Mechanics by the hour so no one makes up things that need to be done to your car. Great prices on tires, oil changes, I even got my air fixed here and when it broke again they stood behind their work and fixed it for free. When my old car needed a lot of work they told me the truth that it would be smarter to trade it in at that point.. if thats what I wanted to do. Rather than doing the work, making the money and having me unhappy. I love this place.. you can trust them .. I now bring my new car here instead of the outrageous prices at the dealership.

Great experience! Needed two front used tires for my Volkswagon. I called, got quoted a price, and drove over to get it done. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes! Customer service was great, and they also quoted me some very reasonable prices for brake pads, rotors, and an alignment. I will definitely be back! Also, note the coupons on their website.

We blew out a trailer tire on 95 and needed to find a replacement ASAP. After visiting a much less professional establishment, we called Caroline and were greeted by helpful and polite staff who had us back on the road in no time. The narrow streets around the garage made maneuvering a 64-foot truck and trailer difficult, additionally I wish they had a new tire for me to purchase rather than a used tire, but I was in immediate need of an odd ball size. Those are the reasons for the 4-star review rather than 5. Otherwise I would highly recommend Caroline Tire and the professional crew there.
