Its not too often you walk into an insurance agency and it feels warm and inviting. Youre usually stressed thinking about needing insurance quickly and not knowing what company will be the best and still am affordable option. This agency was amazing. Natalie and her team are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options. Very patient and professional yet most importantly made me feel like I was family. I called on the morning of Monday of last week and spoke with a young lady of whom I gave all my information and was told that I will receive quote in the afternoon which I did not. I called the following day yet again and was told that I will receive a call shorty which I did not. A week later and still no call, I called in that afternoon to inform the manager about my complaint to a lack of acknowledgment of the error on there part. I like their advertising but there customer service is horrible.

Very unprofessional,dont no how to treat a customer,dont tell you the truth,the said something at the first time and later said something different,went I opened a policy one lady tells me something and later the manager changed,went you call the person who answered the phone doesnt haw to answer your question,then she told you the manager is going to call you back and never return your calls over and over and over,then went you get tired of this you have to waist your time going In person and they told you THE MANGER IS NOT IN TODAY SHE WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW WHICH YOU KNOW IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPENS
