This agency was recommended to me by my daughter, I was thoroughly impressed with the services they provided. The agent that was working with me had a family emergency during the timethat she was setting up my policy. I was not aware of the severity of the emergency until afterwards. The agency walked me through the process while handing her personal/family emergency. Maylin was patient and accommodating. Ive already reccomended them to a couple of friends.

Very bad service,when you call for information about your insurance they say that theyll call you back in 10 min but they actually take 5 hours😤.When I walk in there to make a payment theres only one agent to attend you.The time to wait to make a payment is forever.Would not recommend this insurance!
