There’s really no words for a good natured company like this. This is how a mechanic should be, I went in because I had a battery repair. Brian had my battery in stock and got it repaired in less than an hour and I had customers in front of me, they also informed on key things they noticed in my car that I should get fixed. Don’t worry it gets even better, I went in again to do a complete checkup, they did every test available and provided me with a detailed report on what was wrong. The mechanic that was fixing my car also even came out and told me that he went above and beyond and fixed some small things he noticed as well. If I could go back and pretend that there was something wrong with my car just so I can get that amazing service again, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Thank you Brian and team for a job truly well done.

Well maintained and organized. I did not mind waiting and the service took an hour in which I sat in their comfortable lounge. Upon leaving, I got some good pointers on proper care and maintenance. Also, the service was price fairly. Much better than going to my dealers service and waiting.

Moved from NY to Florida and I own an SL55 AMG. The car is no longer under warranty so I brought it to Mercedes-Benz and they were charging a fortune for general repairs. I was referred to several mechanics when I moved to Florida and was constantly taken advantage by them. Lied about services not needed.I was referred by a friend to give APEX automotive a shot which I did and I never feel like they are pushing service not needed and the repairs are affordable and they will work with you if needed.They have also not charged for some services since I’m a loyal customer.I feel completely comfortable with them taking care of my car, repairs needed and the customer service is exceptional. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!Went there because of the Costco discount for a simple serpentine belt change. I waited on-site because they told me it wouldnt take that long. After 1h40 of waiting, surprise, they realize they dont have the right belt in stock. My car was ready after 3h, no apologies, they even denied it was their fault.

When my car suddenly broke down I had my car towed oro a nearby Apex outlet. Upon regaining my automobile I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Paul. He explained what the repairs were in detail and at length with myself and another who was also closely involved with the workings of the car. I would highly recommend them for any automobile service that they offer.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Lake Worth Apex location. Brian is always so helpful anytime I have ever called or dealt with him. My last visit I dealt primarily with Paul. He truly went above and beyond to help me that day. I took my car in for what I thought was a standard oil change but turned out my car needed a lot more work than anticipated. Paul was so patient and informative. Got a second opinion by Apex on an alleged necessary repair and came to find out it was not needed. Apex could have easily done the job/got paid as it was covered by an extended warranty but I appreciated the honesty and recommendations. Apex took care of a transmission issue Ford would not. Simply, the staff at Apex informed me a Ford Customer Satisfaction program existed and that I could get this $1,500 repair done for free at a Ford dealership. Ford denied my claim. Apex stepped in. Not only did Apex complete the repair but did it at a fair cost. Customer loyalty is nonexistent at Ford. I have no reason to return to a Ford service department. Apex will get all future business.

I dropped my car off early in the morning expecting to have it back the next day, as parts had to be ordered and there were other cars being worked on. I was very pleased to know that repairs to my car were completed that same day. Everything was handled professionally including a final car wash and inspection of the work done...happy to recommend Apex with high ratings.

Brian takes the time to go over everything with you and even break it down to layman terms since I know nothing about cars. Excellent mechanical service, honest, explained all the repairs that were recommended prior to performing the service, Personal care and concern by Brian and Paul...I brought my Toyota Corolla into this Apex Automotive in Lake Worth : under the warranty plan for what turned out to be a malfunctioning ignition coil.....Brian explained all the repairs and some recommendations for service and maintenance upkeep in the future. Brian spent the time calling the warranty company and obtaining authorization to complete the necessary repairs under the auto warranty plan ..I have been telling my co-workers how great your mechanical shop is ... from your genuine concern, excellent mechanical expertise, honesty, washing my car, and giving me directions to find the shop ... it was a five star experience!Thank you and have a great weekend!

After an Auto Shop did not properly repair my A/C Condenser. My car insurance company recommended Apex Automotive. It was be BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! They (Brian) explained to me in detail the effect of the unsuccessful A/C Condenser repair that made my transmission fluid dispersed all over the under-hood area. Apex Automotive was able to repair the improper A/Condenser repair and clean the engine block of all the lost transmission fluid at a fair price. After paying an hefty prices to get the initial A/C Condesner repaired unsuccessfully. Apex Automotive made me feel confident that my vehicle was back in the best condition. They made me feel as though I had been a customer for years on my first visit! Their Customer Service and Mechanic Services receive an A+! We are new to Florida and had to find a new mechanic for our cars. They did a full inspection of the areas of concern I had and they addressed each issue. The next day Brian called me and explained what he thought needed to be done now and what could wait a little while longer.
