I was apprehensive after talking to an unfriendly employee on the phone. I called back a couple days later and spoke to someone that was instead very helpful. Jean & Will were the techs that came out and they were so kind! I feel that they treated my home as if it were their own. They were so quick and informative, in and out within 30min. Our carpets look and smell so clean! I am happy they were the team sent for my appointment and would request them again!

They are aboustily amazing. The guys who came out where awesome. The Service was great would definitely use them again.

Pressure you to buy extra.some of the cleaners are horrible, youre better off calling a small company were the owner cleans.lesson learned.

I called them for COVID cleaning but because someone actually tested positive, they wouldnt come out for 10-14 days because it put their guys at risk. Well that is what they signed up for and defeats the purpose of COVID cleaning.

I saw a local “actual family owned business” post an ad 561 Carpet and Tile, and noticed this company Stanley Steamer leeching off of it. It sends out a message of dishonestly and a lack of respect for others in the industry. There is enough business to go around and to see this happening in the community is distasteful. I hope this gets noticed as it is on some level stealing. I’d always go with any company big or small that has the most integrity, and this is not one of them.

Horrible service and customer service. Very dissatisfied. If you really want professional cleaning services, look elsewhere.

We were extremely pleased with the prompt response (within hours) of the company. Brandon and his helper were very knowledgeable, polite and efficient as well. They did a thorough job and moved and replaced the furniture. The large area rug looks like new but has some wave-like places. Perhaps they can address this when they return to do the furniture in a few weeks. No surprises with Stanley Steemer; excellent company. Would never even consider using anyone else.

We have Pietra d Assisi porcelain tile from Italy. We have never had it professionally cleaned and it was really looking old, dull and the grout was very dirty. I called Stanley Steamer and they came the following day. The estimate was reasonable and we agreed to have the work done after we had the Stanley Steamer people clean a few of the tiles for us so we could compare. The two agents that were sent to us, Eddie & Matt were polite, very efficient and really were skilled at cleaning up our tiles. My husband and I were so impressed. Our house tile looks stunning again. Great reliable company, so efficient and worth every penny.

The two gentlemen that came to clean my two couches did an amazing job and we’re here long enough to be very thorough and clean everything to the best of their ability. Unfortunately I’m only giving three stars because the spot that my dog had had an accident on the previous day still has a residual smell even after paying extra for the deodorizer. I still highly recommend them because my couches look brand new and the guys that came out we’re very professional and hard-working, but the Company should look into using something different when it comes to pets.

The gentlemen who came were professional and competent. They consulted and discussed with us what we wanted done and what to reasonably expect regarding stain removal from our carpet. They spot treated places we were concerned about and the final result shows quite an improvement. Our off-white carpets are off-white again and not spotted. Thanks Stanley Steamer. First of all, I called on a Tuesday, and the receptionist, Pam (I apologize if thats the wrong name), was great and very friendly with a sense of humor on the phone. She scheduled me for the next morning, no waiting for them to get here. They were even a few minutes early. Gene and Claude were great, I didnt have to lift a finger. They did everything from moving furniture, to picking up dog toys. Two really nice guys. They were fast and efficient. Got here around 8:30 and they were out of here by 11. Which really surprised me. I even asked them to show me the dirty water. It was really gross what came out of my carpet. I had no idea it was that dirty. The overall experience was nice and easy. This is not the first time Ive used them, and it definitely wont be the last. Highly recommend them. All I dealt with are really good people. Thank you Stanley Steemer and I will see you in the future 😁👍

The carpet cleaning which was done at my elderly parents home was exceptionally done. My parents were also pleased with their superb personality and professionalism. I am pleased since I decided to accept the quote due to the same personality displayed during my initial encounter with the first 2 young men who came to my parents home to give us the quote. We just moved and noticed our sectional was dirty. I went online and ordered Stanley Steamer to come the next day. The guys were so friendly who came. It took about 30 minutes. My sectional was cleaned. They cleaned up everything. My sectional looks awesome!

They did a great job but for 2 rooms I spent $200 and it wasnt even the entire room. I was quoted $200 for 4 rooms. Definitely will look else where next time.

Awful customer service, We requested a service they gave us a price then when they got there, the price change $300 more. We called them back and this girl was rude, they supposedly offered a discount even though it was their mistake they kept lying to us about the final price. Also, their technicians were rude they got lost and keep calling telling at us.

Besides being very professional everyone says that but .... I liked the way they explained what they they were doing as they of course. Knowing what my rug and marble floors. Well it was a great experience . And yes very professional.

Very affordable and prompt service. However, they hooked up 3 dryers to one cord with no ground on the plugs. This resulted in 2 burn marks on the carpet directly under the connections. The corporate response was there is no way the dryers would do that. Thank God for fire retardant carpet.

Our leather sofa was heavily soiled. I was told that it likely wouldnt come clean. Gene put in extra effort to find a way to get it cleaned and he and Digno worked diligently. I am happy to say it is a great improvement!! S huge thank you to them!!

I will give 2 stars only because my furniture was clean...but I am being very generous. The stains that I was told were impossible to get out I got them out myself post cleaning. It was water basses paint on micro fiber, I used my fingernail!I was applauded by the condition they left the job sight in...the crew left water all over my wood flooring!!!! I had to use my one wet/dry vacuum to extract all the water. They left soggy wet rags on my wood table (family heirloom btw!). They kept leaving my door wide open which they were asked to stop doing and made no effort to comply.The crew clearly did not seem want to be there. The one person who seemed to be in charge spoke with a flat affect, monotone, and very scripted. Initially he tried to get me to “upgrade” by adding additional services. I told him no I was not interested. He then attempted to try to cut a “deal” by offering that him and his partner could do it for a cheaper price...that “cheaper” price was almost double my initial quote I did online. Fortunately I had intelligence to turn this “deal” down suspecting a scam! I would have had no recourse if anything had gone wrong. When I again declined I was told “...you spent all this money on this new house I understand there’s not much left...” Very uncalled for!Stanley Steemer you had no regard for my home or my personal property. I was very uncomfortable with the offering of under the table upgrades and the snide comment when I turned it down. Needless to say I won’t be using Stanley Steemer again!

I have worked with a number of carpet and tile cleaning companies over the years and, hands down, this was the absolute worst experience ever.First, I will tell you that the technicians did a reasonable job cleaning the carpets. No complaints there.However, the tile and grout were a totally different story. The technicians literally destroyed over 90% of the grout in my home. They left entire sections of tile with no grout and the remainder of the grout looked as if someone had chiseled away at it with a screwdriver.Then, to add insult to injury, I called the company and spoke with the owner. She was immediately on the defensive and was adamant that her workers could not have damaged the grout. She was completely unwilling to look at before and after pictures. I keep asking her to come up with a reasonable solution. For example, refund the money paid for the tile portion of the work. She said absolutely not. Moreover, she kept yelling and talking over me while I tried to explain the situation and reason with her. Terrible customer service, truly shocking.

Very disappointing experience with Sara the owner. Had a crew come out for a quote and scheduled the service thereafter. The crew that came for the service was clueless and apparently the original crew didn’t give me an accurate quote. When I spoke to Sara to clarify, it was an awful customer service experience. I was yelled at and spoken at condescendingly. She rudely told me there was no way they would do my job for that original quote when I never even asked that. Then she told me she would tell the guys to leave because “obviously this was going nowhere.” I did not feel respected as a customer and she made it clear she did not want to help us...or was having a really bad day and taking it out on us. Either way, very unprofessional.

I got a deal on Groupon for carpet cleaning and scheduled my appointment. Within one day they changed my appointment without contacting me to see what would work best for the customer if there was an issue with my original request. I waited for the person to show up only to finally come across an email stating that my new appointment was rescheduled for two weeks out(NO phone call?) on a day that wasnt the best but at that point I didnt bother changing it; I was very patient. The day of the rescheduled appointment rolls around and again they dont show up or call or even email this time. I was furious so I called and got customer service who only took my name and number and said theyd call back with an explanation. As you can guess there was no call back and Ive been calling them back ever since and it goes straight to voicemail. Dont waste money on these crooks not worth the headache and run around. Now Im forced to have to drive up there and demand an immediate refund. Horrible customer service. One star is too much credit.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They damaged a 4000$ couch with their spot treatment!!!! The owner is incredibly RUDE and will NOT take ownership of the damages even when her own service worker showed us the cleaner damaged a section. He was going to clean another spot but the tech himself said he didn’t want to damage a SECOND cushion. The owner Sarah was so rude to my wife so rude In fact I could no longer take hearing how she spoke to my wife. I have never in my life got into a screaming match with anyone let alone an OWNER of a business . She even tried to tell my wife the stain was our fault and even said the pen stain jumped . Last time I checked, pens don’t have hands and neither does Stanton steamer apparently.
