Andy came out twice this week, once to install a new faucet and put in new hot and cold water valves, and the second time to perform our annual water heater flush and perform annual whole house inspection. As usual, very prompt, very professional, and very efficient. Explained everything in detail. Gave estimates for jobs to be performed in future. We are very satisfied with Cleary. Every experience has been excellent.

I needed a new water heater for a condo. I had a good experience throughout the process from my initial estimate to the final install. The technicians were both very knowledgeable and professional. Dave communicated what I needed at the initial estimate and gave me different options for solutions at different price points. At the install, Santos went over what they planned to do and got my approval before starting any work. He answered all my questions during the process and at the end walked me through how it all worked. The water heater took longer to order than I had hoped but I think that is happening everywhere. Kim in the office was also very helpful in getting the required permit and scheduling the inspection. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Good quality and responsive Lake Worth plumbing company. Called for a broken sewer at noon on Wednesday, got the intelligent crew (Captain Yucky and Justin) on site the same day (!!) with the repair done and extra new pipes laid on Monday. Not common these days when it takes weeks with others just to get a quote. Impressed and highly recommend.

I just had Cleary Plumbing & Air install a whole new AC system to replace an aging system. This included moving the outside AC condenser about 10 feet over to make room for new pool equipment. I am totally thrilled with every part of the process. Jason came over and gave me a detailed estimate, going over several different options about price, availability, equipment warranties, etc. Once I agreed to one option, they submitted permits to the city, got them approved and promptly came and installed the new equipment. They were always on time, did a very neat and clean installation job, and everything is working perfectly. They are a very professional company. This was so refreshing after all of the other contractor nightmares we have had recently here in South Florida. I would definitely recommend Cleary for any AC work.

Can’t say enough about this company!! My parents were elderly and not in good health had a pipe burst in their ceiling. I called and spoke to Chris after hours and he managed to dispatch someone that same day at no extra charge for after hours. Cleary removed an old water softener and reconnected the pipes. Less than a week later it burst. It may have been a defective connector-not sure. Either way it was a Sunday and Drew was sent out as the tech on call. He was here from 4:00pm until almost 8 PM digging up the old pipe, cleaning it out, replacing/repairing it, allowing sufficient time for it to dry and then testing it. We really appreciated his professionalism and skill.

Ryan showed up to my house on time and called 30 minutes before to let me know he was on the way. Wore a mask the entire time and put on/took off the shoe coverings anytime he went out to his truck for supplies. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the options I had for fixing my shower head/handle/downspout which all had leaks/issues and were very outdated. There was some difficult fabricating to be done to bring it all up to date that I neither had the tools or knowledge to do but Ryan knew what to do without blinking an eye. He even made another trip back to the office to get a trim kit that would fit and cover the existing hole in the wall and match the shower head and spout. Fast and efficient worker. Fair price and quality work which is near impossible to find in South Florida. Will definitely use Cleary again and always ask for Ryan.

I have dealt with Chris personally on 2 separate occasions regarding major work that needed to be done. Chris has always been responsive and beyond professional. Even when I thought things were at their worse he was able to come in and educate me on our options and always provided alternative solutions that were cost effective but still safe to perform. You will not have to question the quality of the work or their ability to complete it in the time estimated.

They were not only responsive, but genuinely wanted to help. We had an AC shutdown and went to Angies list to find some help. Cleary came recommended highly so we ask for a quote. I received a call within an hour and had a technician in our house the next day. He was courteous and knowledgeable and determined that a blockage occurred in our drainage pipe. He cleared the water in the pan and notified us of the maintenance plan for our units that help for this visit and future visits which we gladly accepted. He will be back tomorrow to perform a full assessment of our units and keep as at peak performance! Thank you!I have now set up the yearly plan for AC and plumbing. Today Andy came out and we had to repair a damaged shower faucet and handle. It was quoted and we accepted expecting to pay the fee but then he came to me and said that he found the problem inside the cartridge and only needed to replace it. It saved us half! I must say having been in business and the house that large companies have come out and diagnosed large ticket items to repair only to have a second opinion determine that they were not true. Andy could have completed the job as quoted but the integrity he presented by fixing for less says tons about him and the company!
