Hi my name is Paula. A few nights ago I had an emergency with my AC and True-Pros Inc., sent somebody over the next morning. I spoke to Daniella. I don’t know these people, and I don’t get kickbacks. I’m giving you a review from the bottom of my heart. Daniella, was incredibly professional, sweet, kind, and helpful. I expected to get ripped off, as many new customers do. And sadly, mostly to women ! 🥲. Well, to my surprise, this was probably the BEST service call I ever had in my adult life. They are so professional, knowledgeable, and wait for it… Something rare.... NICE ! I don’t know about the rest of you, but usually you don’t get a “cocktail” with all those ingredients. Usually, you get 1 out of 3. On a 5 star rating, I give this company 25 stars! My AC was leaking I hired this company to come see what’s going on. When the tech arrived he told me that I need refrigerant which I didn’t need, and charged me $ 383.00 after he got that money from me that’s when he told me I need evaporator coil which had warranty on it. He told me I’m only gonna pay for labor I was like ok we can do that.. so when he ready to come he told me the labor cost is $1182.00 so he will give me a discount of $200 which came to $982.. so basically they were trying to ripped me off.. even PHD degree doesn’t pay that much.. so I hired another guy he charged me $300 and he was done in 3 hours to do the same job that this company charged me $982 for.. so you mean to tell me you charge $327.33 an hour to this? What are you? A freaking doctor. So you went to school for 10 years? To come out here and charge $982 for a job.. get out of here..

I recently called the true-pros with an issue regarding an air conditioning repair and I spoke with Jon. I have to say that his level of expertise within the air conditioning and hvac service industry is a true relief to someone who is in need. The issue was a simple fix with the condensate drain and Jon was able to identify it within seconds. Since the ac repair I haven’t had one issue and I would highly reccomend the true-pros to anyone in need of air conditioning service. Thank you again for the fast service and amazing job done!

True Pros repaired my hot water heater by replacing a heating element and the thermostat for MUCH less than replacing the whole water heater/tank! They were punctual, worked fast and didnt leave a mess - I highly recommend these guys.

Great service and professional with availability and attention to detail. We hired True-Pros to finish a job that left us stranded after hiring and firing a unprofessional company that created more damage during our flood related renovation and luckily True Pros was able to not only install our utilities but also were able to reverse some mistakes the other contractors made.We ended up hiring this business as our go to and maintenance company and they are always reliable, efficient and they are honest.They may not be the cheapest service but they are always there to fix things, fix whatever part quickly, without damaging more, having the homeowner paying more money to other companies leaving messes like many other places. At this point we are happy to have found a honest contractor that isn’t shady, fixes things fast and neatly and doesn’t leave us hanging for months with parts.

We called True-Pros for 2 different issues in the same week. Jon rearranged his schedule to come out and assess our issues which are quite serious. The work is being done end of the week so I will update my review then. So far, this is an honest, high quality group from Daniella who schedules and follow up to the owner coming out himself to help and advise us. It is refreshing to find people like this.

Jon arrived on time, to re-route a hot water pipe from under the slab. He navigated the situation and proceeded to find the best, least costly way of installing new pipe throughout the attic into the wall. I was so impressed with his expertise and his consideration of my furnishings and my concerns. I would strongly recommend him for all plumbing and air conditioning services. A perfectionist, totally committed to customer satisfaction.

He did not try to push or over sell products or services.Secondly, he was mainly concerned about making sure we understood what he said and how he recommended we solved our issue. He was clear, concise and wanted to make sure that we did not spend money we did not need to spend. Jon was highly recommended to me by 2 different people for a slab leak I had at my house. Jon and Harry came to my house on time as scheduled. He found the leak under the slab and made the repair. He answered me straight away, was able to come out to my house the same day, and the price was very reasonable. Very satisfied. Dont hesitate giving this company a call.

We needed a professional and honest inspection of our pool heater. I made and appointment with True-Pros, the time was confirmed with a phone call and e-mail. Jon looked at all the different parts of the heater, gave us an estimate, and completed the work the same afternoon. The cost of the repair was much less a total replacement and was done just in time for this weeks cold front.. Thanks.

We had a pipe leaking in in the slab in our garage. I called at 8 am on a Monday and they were able to get to me by 11:30 am that morning. Jon and Harry we extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did an unbelievably thorough job detecting where the leak was coming from. They found the source of the leak and scheduled us for repair.Jon said they would be here between 8 am and 9 am to start the repair job. They were here at 8:45. For some reason my garage slab was a good 14 inches thick, instead of the standard 4 to 6 inches. Jon and Harry handled this unexpected hurdle with ease. Even with that much concrete, they were able to get to the pipe. Which was Incased in the concrete, and repair It with very little demolition to the garage floor. Jon and Harry had us back up and running by the early afternoon and the garage floor looks like nothing ever happened. These guys real are True Pros! I would recommend them over and over. If you can, ask for Jon and Harry. Those two guys are AWESOME!!!!

We lived in a townhouse and were the second unit in. The AC line that went from the outside unit to the inside one was leaking. Problem was it was buried underneath two driveways. Aspen AC was the company I had been using previously and they said they would take care of it. After numerous request to have Aspen do the job I gave up hope and began looking for a company to do the job. I contacted 10 AC companies and most told me over the phone they were not interested in the job because of what the work would consist of. Those who did show up for an estimate, I never heard from them after they left. One day while driving I saw a work van that said they did both AC and plumbing, The True-Pros. I figured if anyone wasnt afraid of digging a ditch and replacing the AC line it was the True-Pros. I was correct, Jon and Harry agreed to do the job and they did a great work. They called when they said they would and arrived to do the job when they said they would. We continue to use The True-Pros for our AC needs.
