Mr Glen and their company are absolutely the best. They come immediately to assess the problem and take picture for you. Love love them. I always have peace of mind and. Their prices are very reasonable.

This isn’t the first time I used Glenn. It’s actually the third time. Each and every time it’s been a perfect experience. I have had only One Issue with my air. As soon as I called him he was there. I was past my warranty time and he never charged me. He’s great and his prices are fair. Best of all his customer service is a ten. I’m a snow bird, so when I call from Rochester to check my unit I know I’m calling someone who I can trust. My parents use him also and love him. Great guy, great business. Glen and his team have always been professional and helpful. My dad bought a condo that needed ac replaced.. they did an amazing job with no problems. So then we needed our ac replaced, they installed a new unit in ours. We had minor things happen but they are quick to help and solve the problem and get your ac working again. I would suggest them for ac replacement, repair or maitence.... i used people prior and they arent honest like this company! Call glen and his sons for all your needs

In my opinion this guy is the biggest fraud in the business and I am not the only party taken by this alleged crook. He installed brand new units that went bad way before their time.

Fraud & Liar cant afford his freon so if you need freon you wont be getting Freon you will told its the weather and will need larger unit.Do not trust this Callaway!.if I could put a minus 5 star I would.
