Hired this company to service my AC (they were the company that prior owners had install AC system) Mark Miller seemed nice enough and took care of the issue timely and when he suggested a maintenance plan I purchased it. I was advised it was good for 2 service visits.Unfortunately I was not able to use the first service for sometime due to a family illness however I was advised it was no problem and to call when I was ready. I had my first maintenance visit and paid 100.00 for a service that I now find out should have been at least half the price. Took the rep approx 15 minutes to remove some foam and paint one pipe with a weather resistant coating. Additionally I was then told I would not be getting my 2nd maintenance visit because I took too long to schedule the first one despite being assured it would be honored by owner. When I pointed this out the owner tried to sell me another maintenance plan saying they would honor my second appointment only if I renewed for another year. I did not renew for obvious reasons. I put my name on the line recommending this company to neighbors but never again. I reached out to discuss with the owner however I have yet to hear back.They have lost a long-term customer.

They worked with Carrier to coordinate a replacement coil on my AC and were at my house the next morning to do the service. Ike was extremely professional and courteous! I would highly recommend Temperature Pro!

I called them in later morning and they were here at the set time of 2pm. That was fast because the temperature was stuck on 72 and made the house very cold. Fast response was great

The tech was excellent and even came early. He answered all my questions and also made a good suggestion. The only negative was the price of the service call which I thought was high.

As usual, the company owner was highly responsive to my call. Also, technician Ike, was extremely professional, patient, and helpful with suggestions to avoid possible issues between maintenance visits.

Mark was very easy to work with. He called me early in the morning to install a ecobee thermostat and he sent a very qualified HVAC guy to my condo. Ike was prompt, professional, and worked around a somewhat difficult job. The pricing was fair and I highly recommend.

The company who installed our AC couldnt come out so I tried this company. i was told within an hour and charged $90.Nearer two hours later the tech shows up. he fits a new condenser but does NOT get the system working - he talks about charging $200 for it.I asked him to take it with him and tell him Ill go without AC and wait for the original firm to show up.Hardly any sleep (no AC) - original firm shows up next day - fit condenser and turn breaker back on - AC back (and no charge as only 5 months old), all done in 10 minutes.I was pleased that temp pro at least tried but it was ultimately a waste of $90.

Although my service started on a positive note last year (I even referred them to others), I would not recommend this company to anyone as the service has went downhill and they are unresponsive, negligent and unprofessional.After they replaced the capacitor in my AC unit last summer, I had a huge AC leak in March due to a clogged pipe. They convinced me to buy their $189.00 maintenance plan where you would have it serviced 2x a year and said this would take care of some of the costs due to unclog the pipe as a part of the service. I agreed.They had to come back again a few days later as the pipe was still clogged. I thought the worst was behind me.Mid year, I started having issues again, and they couldnt come out quickly, so I worked with someone else who confirmed my AC unit was still clogged and showed me all guck that was in it due to previous chemicals used from temperature pro, combined with algae. I did email Mark, the owner to tell him the unit was still clogged still and sent picks of the guck.Towards the end of Oct, I got an email saying it was time for my unit to be serviced by Temperaturepro. On Nov 6th, the AC person who came out didnt replace my filter or clean the coils because he said it looked clean even though I requested it. He also said my unit had major issues including the need to replace the capacitor and float switch. I was shocked because Temperature pro had serviced the unit multiple times and had just replaced the capacitor last year. I did experience major leaks, so if I had a float switch issue, clearly a licensed professional from Temperature pro would have checked that previously. I asked to speak with the owner Mark, considering Ive been working with him and he would know.When talking Mark, started telling me cost info. I said you do realize that you just replaced the capacitor last year, and if their was an issue with the float switch that would have been caught when your guys came out multiple times to fix the leak and did the 1st service in March, no?He said according to his records, I didnt use a maintence service in March. I asked what warranty I had on the capacitor he said 12 months (it was 15 months at this point). I asked for a written documentation on the issues and asked if I had another service considering his records. He said he didnt know and had to check to see if I didnt respond to previous outreach for maintenance. Really?Mark didnt try to work with me, in fact, I never heard back from Mark or anyone at temperature pro despite following up and calling their office and leaving a message to be called back on Nov 8.I want the cost of my the maintenance plan I paid for back. Also there was nothing wrong with the float switch it just wasnt hooked up, which explained why my AC united flooded in the 1st place.

I have called on Temperature Pro more than once. They are very reliable and reasonably priced. They have always responded on a timely basis.. even on weekends. I highly recommend them.

I picked Temperature Pro, because Mark (I guess the owner) was very upfront, explained the whole thing, was very patient answering all my question and the price he gave was turnkey price. Michele who came to measure the system did a thorough job, measuring everything and taken a picture to take back to technicians. In my case it is not just rip and replace, I wanted to move the condenser about 12 feet away from where it stood all these years. Frank and justin were the installers, they tag teamed the job very efficiently., very clean operation., they didnt leave any debris, packing material or garbage around. They even dug out the pavers to install the concrete pad and did a great job on running the power and other cables, nice and tidy job. I would highly recommend using Temperature Pro for your future job. BTW, i replaced my AC unit with Amana 2stage variable speed Air Conditioner., it is very quiet.

Very good experience with Mark and Patrick. I called on a Tuesday night and Patrick came on Wednesday morning. Got my ac running again.Explained everything he was doing.Will use them again
