I had them back out recently, they renewed my confidence and therefore deserve a revised review.

At 9 o’clock at night, we realized we had an air-conditioning problem when water drained out of our unit onto the floor. We started calling various companies and Atlantis Air Conditioning was the most responsive. Joel arrived around 10:30, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He talked us through what had happened, tested the unit and left us up and running by midnight. The repair was done cleanly and the price was very reasonable. We will certainly consider using Atlantis again. We were very fortunate to have Joel available to help us out.

I have been using this company ever since I discovered them 16 years ago. They are professional, reliable, competent and only use well trained technicians who have the proper schooling and attained their credentials. You can have the same technician repeatedly if you so desire. The phone people are always accommodating, courteous & helpful. You can always get someone on the phone. They do new installs as well as maintenance. I recommend a maintenance service contract for them to keep an eye on things. After all this is Florida; you dont want to be without AC. They prefer certain manufacturers but can get you whatever you would like. They always tell you the pros and cons of every situation to be decided. In an emergency situation, they are always there pronto. This company is a well oiled machine.

We became dissatisfied with our AC contractor. We have a rather complicated LG system. I chose Atlantis because they had experience with these units. This I know. After hiring them I found out this,1. The office and administrative staff communicate very well.2. The technicians are all very qualified, knowledgeable, well mannered professionals.3. The response time is outstanding.4.You can trust that your issues will be or can be resolved.5.Costs are very competitive.We have been with them now for several years.Our contentment has led them to be one of our most widely used AC contractors, in a rather large institution. I appreciate all the work Nick and the front office staff do for us, as theyve shown commitment to our facilities. Of course I cant say enough good things about the qualified professional technicians that work so hard for us, Wesley, George and the others.

Great organization to work with, both the field techs and the office personnel. They maintain our four heat pumps, installed two ductless units and most recently Honeywell 9000 thermostats. Very professional job, clean and precise. Highly recommend!

Great Company! On a Hot July sunday my AC went out. Our house was HOT. We also had a house full of family and friends for a Family Birthday Party. The AC stopped working. I called Atlantis AC and they were QUICK In diagnosis of the problem. We needed a new AC compressor that was still under warranty. They handled all the warranty paperwork and the installation for the new AC compressor. Very Professional. Thank you Atlantis AC for a quick response on a Hot Sunday.
