Anna Hernandez was amazing and so patient with me, she even corrected some things that others didnt do even when asked.. and she took care of me as a walk in, last minute and every thing with a smile.... and listen I was at a different H&R for 2 hrs then was told after from the get go was told it would be 1 hr...long story short there is still ppl out there that care about you and their job, H&R is lucky to have her!!!! And we are not related in any way, but hey would be proud to be!!! Great job!!!! And thank you. JUANITA

The lady that dealt with us this evening was fantastic, helped us a lot. Renee Shuler cared about our needs. Didnt try to rush us out and took the time to explain what was done and why. She even took the time to explain what we could do for next year! Would highly recommend Renee to everyone!

Where do I start, theyre not doing one-on-ones due to covid. they ask you to drop your tax information off and someone will get back with you in 48 hours. 4 days later or actually longer, I go into the store and they cant find my tax information take some about 20 minutes without even going over my taxes they are asking me how Im going to pay for my taxes. I informed them that I would call their corporate office and the ladies said go right ahead I videotaped the interaction asked for my tax information back I will no longer do business with h&r block and I hope other people do the same. After posting this review h&r block decided to reach out and leave their phone number 1-800 whatever it is on this review its the same number Ive been trying to call for the last three or four days with no one to answer the phone telling me that call back later so my assumptions seem to be correct that corporate really doesnt care about their customers they just care about the dollars. Hope this helps out gentlemen and ladies.
