Took my Silverado to get a new transmission put in because old one was slipping first the guy claim it was transfer case he did that then called and said it was transmission so he replaces transmission claim he put my transfer case back on put a new transfer motor on went to pick it up my muffler was laying on the ground underneath it we pointed it out to him so he throws his hand up and said he didnt touch the muffler offer no help to put it back on my fourteen year old son had to put it up to get home the four wheel drive will no longer shift into low and now we have discovered they also jb wielded the fill plug back into the transfer case worse service ever

Woke up to a flat this morning. After AAA came and put my donut on I brought my tire over to the tire bun. I informed the clerk that I had an appointment that I had to get to and could they look at my tire right away. They were very accommodating fix the tire and I was on my way and under half an hour. Will definitely go back to them in the future.

Towing a boat, 2 axle trailer 1000 miles to Florida and I had a drivers worst nightmare happen. Somewhere on I4 I lost the wheel/tire and HUB on the real axle drivers side. So here I am at the fish camp on a Friday night thinking where in the heck can I get this mess fixed??. Well, the guys in the lodge room next to me told me to head to the Tire Barn in Lake Wales. Long story short. Mark, Neil, and Morgan took care of me. I needed the spindle machined, a new hub with brake rotor, a new brake caliper, plus a new spare tire and rim. I also asked them to repack the bearings in the remaining three hubs. Heck, they had to order parts from California. Well, they got it all done, kept me up to date, and I am back in MD with no problems on the trip home. Nice to deal with, great prices, and very helpful, they saved my fishing trip from being a disaster. I highly recommend them.

I have bought a lot of tires here over the years but had to take my business elsewhere this time. They quoted me 580.00 for four tires with 80,000 mile warranty. I got the same tires elsewhere for less than 400.00. Yes they were on sale but even their retale was better than the offer from Tire Barn.

Prices are always within a few dollars of being the lowest of any place I check! But even if they werent the lowest, I would still use the Tire Barn. Theyre always honest and upfront about the work that needs to be done and how important it is to do immediately, or if it can be put off for a while. The work done has always been first-rate. And the employees have always been Top Notch as far as customer service goes. My go-to place for tires, brakes, and other related repair!

Excellent service and reasonable prices. I replaced all 4 tires after a blowout. Tires were ordered and delivered early the following morning. Installed in less than an hour. We will be returning for regular maintenance & general mechanical work.

My experience at the Tire Barn of Lake Wales started on 3/17 when I inquired about new tires. Mr Mark Deary answered my questions and explained his products and services. We agreed on a tires and set an appointment for 3/18. At the appointed time, the employees mounted the tires. My visit there was certainly more than satisfactory. This place is a rip off, even if you need to drive twenty miles to go somewhere else do it! Bad customer service skills and the service in general.

They broke my tire pressure sensor and claim not their fault. Now none of the 4 sensors report, and they claim I have to buy new sensors ($80 each) because the computer can only read them if all 4 work. Not believable. Also, disregarded manufacturers marks on tires and failed to align balance points with valve stems. Tire balancing 101. Clearly a backwoods operation. Customer must be wrong, appears to be policy. No concern or effort to make things right. They got my money, now please leave.

Went for a tire rotation and alignment was told problems with front end . it would cost $1,000 for repairs. half the things on that list were already replaced not more than six months ago thats why I was taking it for an alignment. Stay away

I cant recommend Mark Deary and Tire Barn highly enough. He is honest, and the work is always done right, quickly, and at a reasonable price.

My friend took his truck here to have a problem with the brakes fixed. They replaced several things ( expensive) less than 20 miles later, it still had the same problem. He returned and they said it was an entirely different part which they would fix for another large sum. So either they dont really know what they are doing or they try to take advantage. Either way I would not recommend this place for repairs.

Im a 30yr exp auto tech,so i went asking for a road force balance,this envolves a few steps like determine the high and low spots of tire, wheel and aling accordingly, then you do weight balance,the thing is they jump first step and car was shaking worst than before,i few days later went to another shop with regular balance machine and for our surprise all weights flew out,didnt take care to clean the wheel for adhesion of the weights,not recomended

I went there Saturday for an oil change, the guy rotated my tires but didn’t check the air pressure in any of them. One even had a nail in it but he didn’t “see” it. Really unhappy that they did nothing about it.
