This place is great. Customer oriented. They might take their time to look into what is the correctissue on your car to fix it at a reasonable price. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend it.

Kelly stayed late and helped me out in an emergency. He found the problem two other mechanics misdiagnosed in a jiffy. He patched me up so I could make it home and back there the next day and Jon promptly took care of the repair and brought my car to me! You dont get service like that anymore. Honestly they were both very courteous personable and honest. Being a single woman and scared to death of mechanics and being ripped off I feel safe entrusting them with my cars care. In my opinion a good mechanic is equally important as a good doctor.

They told me what they would charge and then charged that amount. Thats unusual in the auto mechanic business. Kelly was very nice. The office smells bad but as long as you stay outside it doesnt affect the work they do.

Sent my vehicle to get one problem fixed. They end up fixing something totally different for close to $1,000. l I left with my vehicle in the same condition after spending lots of money. I Took my vehicle to another place in town.., They had this same problem I told them that I needed fixed in ONE day. Verses them, it took 4 weeks to still not have the issue fixed.

I scheduled some break work a week in advance and when I showed up I was told they were booked and it couldnt be done that day

The owner, Kelly is straight forward, honest, and backs up his repairs by showing old parts after replacement. All employees I encountered were also very kind, curtious, and knowledgable. My car feels like a whole new car and my pocket book is very much still intact. I would recommend this place 100% of the time for the florida lake wales area. Thank you again for all the hard work you put into my michigan rust bucket!

I had a great experience here. Kelly performed a used vehicle inspection for me, and his honesty went a long way in making my decision to purchase the car. I was also able to get the dealership to replace the cars battery when Kelly confirmed that it did not pass the load test. If your looking for an auto shop that is honest, timely, and wont overcharge I would highly recommend these guys.

We are not from around here and had a small issue with the dust plate on the undercarriage and needed an oil change before heading out.This place was on top of it! He was fair priced and did not try to upsale us on anything we didnt need. He was clear about what needed to be done before doing it. We are very satisfied with this business, and if we ever find ourselves in town and need a repair he is our guy!
