Had my car serviced here a few times since living in Lake Wales, and they have always provided great service and reasonable prices. Make sure to get car in as early as possible on Friday because they give employees the weekend off.Highly recommended!

Very Unprofessional, I Took My Car Which Is A 2016 Nissan Altima To Dawson’s Right Before I Went On A Trip To Las Vegas NV For 4 Days, When I Picked My Car Up, It Was Working Fine For A Bit But A Few Hours Later The Same Problem Started Happening Once Again, So At This Point, I’m No Where Near Lake Wales Fl Because I Was On A Trip In Las Vegas NV, I Come Back & Tell Them The Problem Only To Get Charged Over Again For A Problem They Never Fixed The First Time. The First Payment I Made For Them To Fix My Car Was $300 For 2 Loose Holes & The Second Time I Had To Pay $200 & After All This My Car Still Doesn’t Work! Waste Of My Hard Earned Work Money.

They stated my ac was fix after I dropped it off ... two hours later the ac stopped working! I returned my vehicle the next day and then they told me oh it has a leak and we can’t find it. (At 4:45pm) So there’s nothing we can do about it! Either you fixed it or you didn’t which one?... They are lying and robbers ! Will not return or recommend to anyone! Not to mention they call you to pick up your vehicles fifteen minutes before closing so you can’t check it out or simply return that same day.

A shinning example of a family owned an operated company. As a girl you worry if an auto shop may take advantage of you and charge you more. This is one thing you do not have to worry about here. They check to make sure what the actually problem is, explain it to you, let you know the expenses and then fix it. Never over charge!! It is a very respectful, safe environment and they always get the job done right. I have recommend them to many people and will continue to do so.

Was sent here by gas station as aI needed air in the tire. The tiree clearly was in need of replacing, they plugged the tire and charged me 15.00 for it. Would not have repaired the tire, I Only asked for air. Will not go back and will not recommend.

Double check their work no matter how many times they say yes maam and that you or how much they smile - They will smile all the way to the bank on your wallet if you are not a native local.

I repaired my break in here July 2018 and spend $200+ they told me change the pads but in fact they just repair the rotation which just needs $30+, when I change my pads in auto service pros they told me after they call Dawson to check what they did before for my car. Its so danger ！！
