Ive been a PO box customer for over one year and have been very happy with their services. The people who work there have all been very nice and courteous. They have great hours making it convenient to pick up my mail after five p.m., and they also notify me by e-mail when am oversized package arrives, such as a FedEx envelope, etc.

Went here to ship a few bottles of wine to one of my clients because they’re one of the only licensed companies to do so.Greeted by friendly and welcoming service. I was given options to ship and we found the most cost effective way to do so. They also took care of everything for me! Boxed and wrapped it all.A+ small business service. Will definitely come back!
They charge you to drop off a prepaid usps package? Even if you buy something the fee is not waived. They are also extremely overpriced anytime we have tried shipping there. Do not bother stopping here.
Although the customer service was ok, they overcharged for shipping. Even after I told the woman I had an account with fed ex and was looking for the best price to ship my package, it was still over $100. She “assured” it was the best price.I could have just taken it to the post office and paid a fraction of the cost.Terrible business ethics.
I dropped of my express mail 630 PM THURSDAY . It just started tracking 12:42 AM SATURDAY. Unacceptable. I sell online and they have givin me a bad shipping time online wth my customers I have shipped with them a few times. They charge $1 to ship pre paid packages.This is the only annex that does that as far as I know. They can never tell you what time shipment is, even though every other annex can tell you.

I wish I could give negative stars on this one. I beg you, at ALL costs, stay OUT of this place. We hired them in good faith to ship two small packages for us. They shouldnt have cost over $25-$30 each. Through a clever scheme of excess packaging plus gross markups, they charged my credit card without my consent for $266! They obscenely overpacked in huge boxes and then marked up the shipping rate on top of that by 300% When asked about the charges, the owner was very rude and got angry with me. If you go in here for services you better have more money than brains. Go anywhere but here for shipping services.
Excellent customer service! Very efficient and quick even when quite busy. Ive been using this place for about a year and prefer it over the other similar businesses in the area. The owner is very helpful and a delight to work with. Will continue to direct all my business here!

There are a lot of negative reviews, but theyre undeserved. Everyone who works there has made me feel welcome. Yes, they do charge a bit more, but its worth it for the service. Shout out to Jen and Patricia!
Every time I go to this location I am astounded by the confusion simple requests for their provided services causes. I find I always have to explain myself three different times and three different ways. Both the older man and woman (who I believe own the place) are either out of it or act like you are inconveniencing them. For their over the top prices for the simplest things, a little customer service would go along way. If the real post office wasnt so far away I fail to see how they would have any business. To send 1 page via fax is $3.50!!!! They even mark up stamps which in my opinion should be illegal.
They charge $.75 for $.55 stamps. Will never go there again.

Ive used a PostalAnnex on multiple locations in different states and have always been reasonable pleased. I saw some negative reviews of this location when I set my GPS, but I didnt pay much mind. I regret that. This visit left me shooting lazer eye beams of anger at the clerk and smiling while gritting my teeth just to get out of there after waiting in line for 20 minutes behind someone getting a package hand packaged (fine) to be looked at with a huffy expression when I produced my debit card to pay for my Extra Postage Required Papyrus birthday card for my brother I wanted to make sure got the right postage. She didnt explain WHY she was so upset, so I asked if there was a minimum purchase amount to which she replied yes, its ONLY $0.71, like I was in the wrong for making such a minuscule order. Well EXCUSE me. If she had just mentioned this, I could have adjusted my order accordingly. I am a good customer of this establishment, and I gritted my teeth-wanting to just get my card mailed and my two kids on the way-and suggested myself that I buy a package of stamps. Oh then she turned on the charm and showed me the options of Christmas stamps and all was well. Well, I will not be visiting this PostalAnnex ever again! She was also oozing that she hated her job and mentioned that she had to make a drop off of the mail after her shift was over when I asked when the USPS picks up like it was SUCH A BORE. So unprofessional. And this lady was in her 40s, not some teen angst kid.
The red haired girl who worked there was completely awful. My husband and I went there to get a few photos printed. We asked what kind of paper we could get them printed on and she dodged the question multiple times and clearly didn’t know. The their computer didn’t read out thumb drive (which I have confirmed works perfectly). They failed to be able to print anything for us and then proceeded to charge us anyway as if we had gotten prints. The girl was extremely combative and made us very uncomfortable. We won’t be coming back. The service was just demented.
The two times Ive used this location the customer service has been HORRIBLE - as if my arrival was seriously inconveniencing their day. Most recently, I dropped off a package for Fed Ex and tracking showed it didnt get to Fed Ex until FOUR DAYS later. Go anywhere but here.

The owner sitting behind the desk is aggresive and rude and has no customer service experience and has no way of being kind to people. If you approach him be kind but not long winded he will cut you off mid sentence and impose his thoughts on you. Dont see how someone like this could ever be in business long.
You shouldnt advertise that you make notary stamps if youre too busy and need to get to the post office!! I see why theres bad reviews for this place. What a joke! Learn some customer service lady!!
