I know the company is doing their best. The building is well maintained, I felt very friendly atmosphere here. I must admit the location is fairly easy to access. Its a nice corporate industrial Office Center. Right off of Interstate 5. The accessibility with the Oregon State Route 217 being nearby is wonderful. And best of all theres a Starbucks nearby!

I was very convinced that I had a job By the “sales woman” Lynn, that I would have a job based on my experience alone. She also mentioned she wanted me to set up a interview for that day, introduced me to her coworkers who also work with this company Aero Check cargo out near the airport. Well once I left she forgot the owners were on vacation and they would be back Thursday or Friday, and that I’m a perfect candidate for the position. Oh oh I’m going to get you $20 an hour for sure with your experience. Lynn’s exact words. Wellllll Monday comes around and not a call, email or anything. I drove from Gresham to lake Oswego to meet with this liar. Her sales pitch was good and I actually believed her... The sad thing is that she is representing peoples businesses and that’s a shame for the companies that our hiring BBSI to find employment for them. That was my first experience with a recruiter.

This review has been a long time coming. My job uses this company for our payroll and I’ve experienced nothing but inconsistency. I receive my paycheck days and sometimes weeks after payday. I do not have a bank account and they refuse to provide any other solutions besides direct deposit and rely on blaming the postal service for being incapable of getting my check to me on time. They’ve also blamed my address for being the reason my check doesn’t show up for two weeks from my actual pay date. Which I’ve changed from my house to my job in hopes fixing this issue. Even though I somehow still receive all my other mail and on time.So for a business who apparently prides themselves on providing “business solutions”, I haven’t experienced that aspect of their services.Ultimately I have rent and bills to pay, a child to feed, and the people at BBSI have failed to alleviate this issue and have NOT provided any solutions.Hopefully you’ll take this into consideration for your employees before you decide to give this company your business.

Dont advise going with this company to work. Had Lynn call me several times about opportunities we went forward with then when it came to getting the interview and signing the offer she would longer answer calls. I think this companys employees have a call quota they must make in order to get paid. Stay away!
