Eliot management has help me saved a significant amount of money each month. The money I saved from switching helped me lease (to own) a POS that comes with a gift card program that Ive been looking for.Ive talked and met with many merchant service representatives before. What attracted me to this company is the sense of integrity and dignity of their Representatives (Victoria, Russ and Steve). I can sense their authenticity and truly believe that they do have their customers best interest at heart as they often call to check in on my satisfaction and do promptly adjust and fix any problems I may be having at the moment. I rated 4-stars instead of 5 because they dont have next day funding that is compatible with my closing hours. There is a $5 fee if you did want to do next day funding which requires you to batch out at 6:55pm (CST) translating to 3:55pm (PST).I am grateful for Victoria.Thank you for walking in and offering your service!May you attract and help many more businesses to come.

Mark Fluegge was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were having problems changing ownership of the account and he pushed everything through so our money could be released. He always answered my text messages immediately so I knew what was going on. I’d highly recommend this company. A pleasure to work with.

Working for Eliot Management Group has been a wonderful experience for me! Everyone in the company has been extremely helpful and everyone always has a positive attitude, even on their bad days! My favorite thing about this company is they have LEADERS instead of dictators. I love that I do not get micro managed, but I know that I always have a leader to go to if I have any troubles. Small business owners beware… this company and its band of revolving salespeople is dishonest and fraudulent. Elliott management group is not the in the business of selling merchant services; they are in the business of hijacking small business owners into buying services which are advertised dishonestly and do not deliver on the value they promise.I was contacted on a cold call by a slick-talking sale person named Andrew Mallory, who promised to beat the interest rate I was paying PayPal by at least 2 points. When I went to meet with him, he immediately called another sale person who presented the plan in rapid-speak which sounded like a great deal at the time and, since he seemed credible, I signed the contract. I ended up paying almost $1,000 in set up, merchant processing, hidden charges and an early cancellation penalty in just two months or so…. and I processed less than $2,000 in total transactions!As soon as the mega-charges started hitting my account, the salespeople disappeared into thin air… never again taking my calls or responding to my email messages. I had to put a block on their charges through the bank to make them stop, and am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB. But don’t take my word for it… search Eliot Management group (which I should have done myself) and you’ll find many other similar complaints.This company has fraud written all over it. If they call you offering a great deal on merchant services, hang up… fast.

All About Doors has been using Elliot Management Group for a couple of months now and it has been nothing but great for us. They came right in, broke the numbers down for us clearly, and are saving us lots of money over the company we were previously using. They sent us a new updated credit card machine per their suggestion . We are paying for 2 contracts but only have one machine. We tried to call to have it corrected but, we are stuck until 2020. Now the machine is broke. We are afraid to call, and get looped into a 3rd contract. The lease finance company is not helpful and quick to treaten with legal action if we dont keep paying. As of now our store is cash or check only while the machine just sits there.Where is yelp, Im going there next.

They provide false information. There are companies that do not make you lease equipment. It is a rip off. I actually contacted the rep who no longer worked for the company. He admitted that they trained their reps with misinformation so they would lie on behalf of the company to lock people into lease terms. Read all the info very carefully.

My rep, Victoria, got me great pricing/rates over what I had with my bank previously! I dont usually give merchant people the time of day. But the way Victoria presented the opportunity to let her check, I felt disarmed, so I let her look. What nice surprise!Because I have very little time with 2 businesses, my new EMG rep took it upon herself to buy the extra long internet cable & ran it between floors from our cable so that we could wipe transactions more securely via ethernet instead of the thru wi-fi. I still cant believe she did that extra work for me!Victoria also enrolled us in their partner referral program so we have another revenue stream coming in off those commissions!!When we signed up we received a free terminal. My rep decided to buy an extra terminal out her own pocket so we could have one for our second busines.She also got us a free mobile card swiper on promotion so we can take payments at our offsite events.I have owned one of my businesses for almost 20 years now. I have been with several merchant companies over the years. Never have I had a rep to call, let alone one that I can rely on to make any changes, answer questions or simply hold my hand through the transitions and changes of a growing business and the transferring to a new merchant company. Victoria is stellar!

Weve had a good experience. Theyve helped us when weve had trouble with our machine and got the problem resolved quickly. Customer service is right on it!

I use the GoEmerch website every day at work and it very rarely gives me any issues. Overall its pretty great.
