***STAY AWAY*** Wish I could give zero stars. Between the time that they first stepped foot in our house and deemed that our oven was fixed (and rushed out of the house even though I asked if he was going to stay to see if it actually heated up), we ended up going about 2 months without an oven. The tech in person did not have manners and like I said, seemed way more interested in getting in and out than fixing our oven. And there were a total of about 5 cancelled dispatches where they kept scheduling a follow up repair to get the new parts and then text me the day of and saying sorry but we are still waiting for the parts. HELLO? Ever heard of a tracking number? Dont schedule a dispatch unless you KNOW the parts have arrived or will arrive. Each of the 87 times I called while waiting, they seemed completely unapologetic and unsympathetic to the fact that they claimed my oven was fixed and as a result caused my wife and I to go about 2 months without an oven. It is very had to build a business in today’s world with zero value for customer service. Again. I wish there was an option for zero stars. But I guess there is one star for them actually giving me my money back. STAY AWAYYYYYYY!!!

Edited after receiving a partial refund:The job was done and the repair completed so it won’t happen again, he did not tell me how much it was going to be until after the service was completed. The service was a very quick and simple defrost of the water hose that feeds my ice tray. He charged me $200 for approximately 30 minutes and no special tools or parts. My technician was also not very pleasant or courteous and it truly feels like he just charged whatever he wanted.As this was a very simple repair, I assumed the $79 consultation would cover his work since it took 30 minutes to complete, but instead he charged me more than double after it was already done. I contacted the company via thumbtack and received a refund for the difference, the customer service was quick and I’m thankful they corrected this issue.

They were very professional. 1) Arrived at exactly 2pm between 2-4pm window, 2)wore shoe covers and a mask without having to ask, 3) charged exactly what I was quoted (very fair) for a dishwasher repair, and we chose them because they 4) repaired the dishwasher the same day we called them ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Absolutely perfect, professional company. I highly recommend them. Thanks Solo Appliance.

I had to have my microwave repaired on my microwave / oven combo. They were very professional and responsive. They had to come back due to the part not being available to install and were very communicative on the timeline and cost. My overall experience was very good.

Had a broken knob on my dryer so I used help to get several estimates. Solo was able to make it out after business hours, around 7 pm which i greatlyAppreciated since i work all day. He was very nice and professional and fixed my issue with a spare part he already had which saved me over 100$ in parts. In and out in a jiffy. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!! I always check reviews/ratings when looking for anything, and Solo more than lived up to the high ratings he receives.Honest, fair, timely, personable, and efficient! And he was able to come on a Saturday!He fixed our dryer quickly, and then even gave us some tips on how to care for our other appliances to reduce possible maintenance issues! I will definitely call Solo the next time we have any appliance issue.

Denys responded to my quote request within minutes and was very responsive. He said he was free from 11-1pm and arrived ON TIME, and it took him less than 1 hour to fix our dishwasher. The machine wasnt draining properly and he was able to clean the pipes and he even cleaned the bottom of the dishwasher! We are so impressed with him!

We had an issue with a frozen drain tube in our freezer, causing ice buildup in the bottom and an overflow of water onto the floor. I called them later in the day on Friday, they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician was there during the two hour appointment window, and quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. We will be contacting Solo for future appliance repair and maintenance needs.

Denys responded to my request within 10min! He was able to come out the same day and diagnose the problem within 20min and then came 2 days later (when I was able to be home) with the parts and tools needed. Everything was fixed and put back together in a couple of hours.The service fee was waived since they did the repairs on my dryer. He was prompt and professional and was able to fix everything and put it all back together with no hassle or fuss.Would highly recommend them and use them again.

We had a dishwasher draining issue that I reached out to these guys for today. I had tried everything I could do safely. Anyway, I requested a quote, got a call moments later to confirm details, my doorbell rang 45min later and the tech (Denys) got to work resolving the matter in about 30min.In essence, it took me an hour and 15min to get this fixed. These guys are ALWAYS welcomed back to my home!!!

Very great, fast service and he was very kind! They fixed our dryer super quickly, had the part that was broken also and was very well organized. 10/10 recommends, will be using this company again!

He came to look at a leak in our Frigidaire, and because there was no water present at the time he came by, he had no clue and did nothing. He pulled out the fridge from the wall and brought dirt with the fridge. When he put the fridge back he left all the dirt sitting there and left.

Very professional and courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair the following week after part arrived. Also gave me honest advice about whether to replace the washer or repair and the longevity of types of appliances.

I called to see if they would look into repairing our washing machine and they said no, no no no no so it sounds like they do not do washing machine appliance repair.
