Was very pleased how soon the parts came in and the communication was clear. Repairs was promptly done in a timely manner.
This was the worst quality maintenance Ive ever received. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Do not use their service if you can!We put in an order for an oven repair in early October, and they finally were able to repair it in December. They had some of the worst communication of any company I have ever worked with- we went more than a month waiting for a call back from them. I would call repeatedly and they just went to voice-mail.They also have to reschedule multiple times and were not flexible with our schedule. He arrived two hours late one day, three hours late the next day. Both times he did not communicate that he was running late, so we had no idea if he was ever going to show up! To top it off, the job isnt even finished, it will be another two more weeks!Unfortunately I had to use their service because of the apartments I live in, otherwise I would have used a different company.
Platinum is my choice for my properties. They are responsive and dedicated to the job. I would highly recommend them.
