I started seeing Mirta after my mom passed away and I was having a difficult time with the unexpected loss. I have now been going to integrated counseling for over two years and it has helped me grow in so many ways. Mirta is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and available. During a session I feel like I am really being listened to and that my concerns are being addressed, she will explain things and provide information that is backed by science.
