Awesome studio with some amazing teachers, every teacher is very informative and help you while also pushing you to be better and to get in poses you thought youd never get into. Highly recommend this studio.

I have been practicing yoga at Guruv since 2017. The facility is spacious and clean, the instructors are highly qualified and friendly, and it truly feels like home. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

It all started with Lorraine’s Flow & Restore class on Tuesday nights and I am hooked. She puts aromatherapy towels over your eyes during savasana that sends you into space. Thanks to her I am doing more yoga than I ever have in my life, I sleep better, feel better, and look better too. See Lorraine you won’t regret it!!

Classes at Guruv Yoga have consistently been taught by passionate yoga instructors and have been fun! The space is clean and open and full of good vibes. You can feel the energy in a space that is run by people who care about what they teach and how their students progress, and this is one of those studios!

I’ve been coming to classes at Guruv Yoga in Lake Mary for years. There’s a wide range of teachers and classes. Everyone can find the class that’s right for them. It’s a warm and welcoming place for students of all levels, ages and bodies. The studio is only open right before and after a scheduled class. So check the website and come before class or call or email if you are a new student and want to know more.

Not only is Guruv Yoga an awesome place to practice yoga, with excellent, talented and caring yoga instructors, Guruv also has what I consider to be the absolute best Boot Camp ballet bar ever! The teacher knows her stuff! She does not play, yet we have fun while she takes us to the next level!And by the way she also is a Pilates expert, using Pilates equipment.

Ive done yoga for about 10 years now, and as anyone knows, its a continual learning process. This studio is perfect and by far the best Ive ever attended. The instructors focus both on physical strength and peace of mind, while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Too many places are too intense in their attempt at achieving spirituality, but I feel like I can laugh out loud at myself at Guruv. The music played is a great mixture of modern and traditional, and they arent afraid of a more upbeat tune!If youre looking for a yoga studio, you definitely need to check out Guruv Yoga!

All the classes and teachers at Guruv Yoga are phenomenal. Tymi Howard is the owner and personally my favorite teacher! Her classes are well rounded with a great warm up, lots of fun transitions in between and she tops it off with a great stretching sequence and yummy savasana at the end.

This is my absolute favorite Yoga studio in Orlando! Gorgeous space, challenging classes, great seminars and teacher/training here. I can’t recommend it enough!

As an out of town visitor, I was blown away at the personalized experience I had. Yoga is very new to me, and I feel better every time I go. I highly recommend Guruv Yoga! If your are just thinking about trying yoga, this is the place, I felt like I was walking on a cloud after my session. Much thanks to Dale for making me feel so welcome. Do yourself a favor and call them!

All of the teachers here have unique styles of teaching. There is not one teacher here that I havent felt great after their class. The only thing I have to critique is pricing especially for a private yoga lesson. The price for a 1 hour private is $75. But other than that it is a wonderful place to practice yoga!

I know that I have discovered something of great value by learning yoga at Guruv. The teaching is top quality and is diverse enough for all, beginner or advanced. The owner, Tymi Howard, is a true Yoga BEAST, and her enthusiasm and dedication is inspiring. The three studios she owns are all a reflection of her excellence. I am privileged to learn and grow here, and give it my highest recommendation.

This is the best yoga studio I have ever attended. Ive been going here for about a year now; the energy at this studio is comforting and something I wish everyone could experience. The instructors are stellar, and each has his or her own personality and inspiring style of teaching... yet each one focuses on both the physical and mental aspects of yoga that make it such an uplifting and rewarding practice. So its not just a workout like many places, but rather a holistic experience. There is a wide variety of classes, from hatha to yin to hot. Cant recommend it enough.

As soon as i went in and i cried. The energy was electrifying. It went through my body like a lost soul that has found its match.After we were done, i felt like the lost soul was stripped from by body. It was magnifying.Then i realized that my body only wanted some donuts, just donuts.Ps. I also love pancakes

Ive tried calling these people to get information on their packages that they offer and they dont seem to like being courteous and giving people a call back. I can already tell this is a bad relationship to start off. Ill be looking somewhere else.

Best yoga studio ever!

Not enough staff to run the place. The building stays locked even though website says it’s open.
