Went here a few years ago, earned my first degree black belt. These people are simply wonderful. An excellent time, a great source of exercise and discipline, and self defense all packed into a look-forward-to class thats flexible to your work schedule or your kids school schedule. No place I would have rather gone than Victory!

I was pressured into a contract because thats the cheapest way and I was also told that even if my child decided he didnt want to do it he will always be able to come back or I can transfer to his sibling. Well after 7 months of going my son lost interest so I continued paying for classes even though he wasnt attending. I honestly figured he could come back to it or his sister or myself could take classes. Well a year later he wanted to try again and I called them up and the lady tells me no that theres nothing they can do for me. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. THEY DONT CARE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND SHE NEVER REACHED OUT AGAIN! Go somewhere else!

Getting your money back is close to impossible. I canceled within the 3 day period they still charged me the monthly fee. When I reached out they acted like they were doing me a favor by canceling without a fee even though the agreement allows you to cancel with no obligation they said I will have to pay 64.00 for the uniform. One those uniforms aren’t worth more than 20.00 and two it’s supposed to be no charge but I accepted because I just wanted to be done and weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund.

We didnt even get to the part where my daughter actually went to a class, so I cant comment on that. The place is setup in a way that reminds me of timeshare sales. All I wanted before even going in with my daughter is a class schedule and dollar amount. So after multiple calls from the place, stupid me to give my contact information on their website, they still dont answer my questions. Just come in, get your daughter excited, and then we can talk about the price. Please, this is 2019, we dont go for any of that hoopla. I told them this on the phone, that I didnt want my daughter to come in, until I knew the price. When they asked, well ok, what is your budget? HA! I hung up. Beware. Read the review previously about the person who couldnt get a refund, and after just my phone interactions and the way their website is setup, I would be very cautious about this place. Perhaps they have great instruction, too bad we couldnt even get to that point since the timeshare / used car dealer sales mentality got in the way. Change your process, you may get more customers with being open about pricing and schedules rather than trying sales pitches and asking about my budget before we can even get anywhere. Get the kids in and excited, then well talk about prices Not falling for that trap.

Beware of this place because at the end of the day they only care about your money.I enrolled my oldest son into this class after they did a demo at his daycare. It was very expensive but at the time I had the means & I truly thought karate was meant to teach respect and confidence. I had 3 boys at the time who were very wild so I thought hey, great! Let’s get some structure into their lives & a safe place to get rid of that energy. We bought all the equipment, went to the classes & paid on time for about 5 months. I became pregnant with my fourth child & ended up moving from altamonte to Titusville as a single parent. I told her we would be moving & could no longer make the classes & was told that because there was another victory martial arts near where I was moving that he would have to keep going to classes over there. I cannot afford the outrageous price per month that they wanted for my child to essentially just kick the air & learn how to stop drop & roll so I moved, stopped going to the classes & continued on with life. It is now 2 years later & I’m being contacted by a collection agency saying if I do not pay victory $750 for classes that were NOT EVEN ATTENDED, that they will take me to court. Shame on you guys.

This school is wonderful! My son just loves it. You can choose how much you want to dedicate yourself. We are there 4 days a week because of all the programs we are involved in. Its not just exercise, its learning life skills too.

Victory has changed my young daughters attitude. She has more respect and has learned a great deal about discipline. We love the leadership from the instructors, black belts and upcoming high ranking karate people. They all come together to help the others. They especially look out for the younger ones. We love the feeling of belonging to such a great group of kids. We are happy to be a part of the family.

We have had a great experience at Victory Lake Mary in many aspects. They promote great values and really take an interest in helping every student succeed. Camila began in December 2014 and since then we have seen real improvements in self confidence as well as physical development (strength, coordination, flexibility, etc.). We would definitely recommend this school. Master Souffrant is excellent! Camila loves him!. The atmosphere is great too!!!!!!

Master Perrish runs a disciplined program and owns a clean facility. You can feel it upon walking in the door!

Victory martial arts of Lake Mary Florida seemed like a nice place with nice people. All of that changes when you leave. They stole more than $2000.00 dollars without acknowledging it until I told them to stop. Believe it or not I had to go to the bank the next month and fight with them to put a silk payment on yet another charge. I told them over the phone, emailed texted and even on several occasions went there to confront them to get a refund of my money with no progress. I had tried more than18 times and still have seen a cent of my money back. Stealing from a single parent with two kids is just wrong, but a company that is all about honor, integrity, and discipline stealing from my kids and me is just down right disgusting. They all know who and have had months to fix this. It should have been done asap, but for respect for the institution (of which I have zero now)I gave them way more than enough time. If this is not resolved quickly I will make good on my promise to go to the news, media, BBB, and take further legal action.

Wonderful way for my boys to bond with their Dad and have fun! Highly recommend it for young people to develop confidence and strength.

This school is not only great for kids Taekwondo, but amazing for adult Krav Maga. The instructor, Master Parrish, is highly experienced and enjoys teaching very much. He will push you to your limits and help you give the best out of you.

Victory is great place for children to learn and respect and build confidence.
