Love the employees here. Some need more training but Kayla is great. Go to her, she is professional, funny and instructive. Crazy how fast and easy it is to just go in and walk out in 5 min. Be patient on our hard working employees they are going through a tough transition with the new system. So stay calm, cool and considerate.

This store is my UPS! I recommend anyone coming here. I don’t know how anyone can say anything bad about this store. Their quick especially the women. Fast, informative and professional. The one women I don’t remember her name but she’s tall and hard-working. She is super fast and never fails to impress me. Keep her. She deserves a bonus😃

This UPS Store location is THE best. I have been coming here regularly for 3 1/2 years now. I have packages routinely shipped from California and I could have them delivered to my home. I have them sent here specifically because of the added security for my packages and the stellar customer service. I receive phone calls when they are ready for pick up, they are fragile items and are handled with care and caution. When I come in the staff is always on point. Long lines are handled quickly and efficiently while still giving each customer personal attention. There is always a smile and real appreciation for my business each time I come in. I feel really fortunate to have this store as a resource and highly recommend it to all.

It was easy to see that you were slammed that day - lots of people, lots of heavy boxes, a delivery guy who hadnt shown up on time - I felt badly for you both. The UPS Store is a rip off. Returning a Amazon package I needed to print the package label. I was asked to send it to the printer. However, it was to the computer. From the computer the document was printed. So far its not a big deal. The problem comes to the cost. Due to the fact it was sent to the computer I was charged $2.85 to press print, plus I had to pay to use the printer $0.45. I would not use UPS Stores service again unless required.

The crew here is top notch. Their service and friendliness is 5 star. Always willing to help with tough shipments and get it there on time and cost effectively! Thanks y’all!

Ive used this UPS Store since moving to Lake Mary 3yrs ago and this is the 1st time, my experience was less than pleasant 😔. I totally understand career changes, etc... Good Customer Service and Safety especially during these times SHOULD NOTBE COMPROMISED!!!!New associate very RUSHY, upon my asking to repeat she seemed agitated..I asked to add my discount and advised have AAA OR AARP... Response was short.. Ill get itBut she processed the package and advised the price (i completed verification and signed, postage on pkg) which was not with discount 🤔... So i asked again and again i was met with a Nice Nasty response...Lastly, they hv new systems that require multiple times touching keypad and signing screens... REALLY PPL, we are ACTIVELY in the HEIGHT of a VIRAL INFECTIOUS PANDEMIC!!! No hand sanitizer visible and none of clerks were wearing mask??? Closer than 6 ft??..Maybe I need search for New UPS Store to send my pkgs....You make ur own choice🧐🤔

Grateful for the efficient service the staff provides! It’s nice to have a store that welcomes you and are ALWAYS friendly!! I don’t care how far I have to drive to keep my loyalty to this location. From the moment you walk through the door, they are always happy to see you, they are always ready to help, and they are prepared with the answers to all your questions - in a simple phrase, they are PROBLEM SOLVERS. I went to the UPS store this afternoon at lunch time, when it was rather busy. I was immediately greeted and advised that I would be assisted just as soon as possible. Tamarin was extremely courteous, professional and truly went above and beyond to acknowledge EVERY single customer that entered the store. Tamarin made a chaotic situation such a delight, with her kind greetings to each and every customer and worked very efficiently to assist everyone in the store. Tamarins extreme professionalism is why I will recommend this UPS store to peers, friends, and family. I do hope that UPS recognizes an outstanding employee like Tamarin, because her level of service is NOT overlooked and MUCH appreciated!!

Woman working there NO MASK! Not even on her chin like she forgot to put it back on. No mask, no intention of mask. Where we are, our infection rate is of control. I shipped items to try to be safer than in person shopping. I am beyond upset right now. How absolutely irresponsible and disrespectful.Response: She can restrict her tasks to the back, or wear a face shield. I will not risk my safety for her lack of mask. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere.

I never used to write a bad reviews but I decide to share my experience to prevent to everyone who read this review has the same experience. Monday I was there and pay 45 dollars for send a envelop with a check which was my payment of my health insurance and I decide go there to be sure they delivery next day, anyways, today is Wednesday and is not arrived yet. First, the front lady never told my they will send it to Priority Mail from the USPS service (otherwise I will go there by myself and I do not pay 45 dollars). Then, I call them and the excuse was the delay was related for COVID, when I was very specific to the lady the importance that check arrive next day and I mention the envelope was for my health insurance and she do not mention they will send them for USPS because looks that UPS are do not doing delivery at PO Box, address. However, the personal of the store lack of professionalism and customer service and the time I call wasnt a supervisor there and obviously do not offer a refund for they mistake. Terrible costumer service in all possible ways.

Had to assist a relative with a time sensitive birthday gift shipping arrangement and had a great experience with the entire staff including the manager. They were prompt and provided all the different shipping options available with price and estimated time of delivery. I ended up taking a recommendation they made which optimized lowest price with speed of delivery and felt very well taken care of the whole process. Would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

This particular UPS store has AMAZING service. Seriously. I had a complicated issue develop with one of my packages, and the associate were quick to get there manager involved. The manager immediately understood the problem and took action to fix it. That kind of timely response and attention is becoming a rare thing these days!

My printer ran out of ink in the middle of a project, so I used their quick printing. I placed the order online and was in the area 4 hours prior to my designated pickup time. I called ahead and they were able to have my prints ready so I could pick them up early! I also uploaded one of the files incorrectly and they were so courtesy and professional to assist me to get my prints quickly and correctly even though it was my mistake. Great customer service!!

This UPS store is the best one Ive been to. They went above and beyond for us and some extra large packages we had which only crested more work for them. They helped us solve a problem we were trying to figure out for weeks! Thank you!!

T-Mobil told me to go to the store and they would print the label. When I got there, the ups store worker said they would not and wanted to charge $3 for the use of a computer to print the label and then Charge for the print. When I tried to explain that T-Mobil had told me they would, the manager (Tamarin ? ) said rudely she maid all the decisions there not T-Mobil and refused to give me information ( email/phone) of the owner to contact him about the issue. Rude and petty to lose a customer, get a bad review, just for not allowing somebody to use a computer for 5 seconds.

Was told after I printed out my package slip that there was a charge for using computer for literally 5 secs. Nice staff overall, I just wish I was properly notified about the process instead of being rushed. I’m fine paying to print but using the computer I felt is a little unnecessary.

I realize that each store has its limitations but they wouldn’t notarize documents for me twice. There is absolutely no reason not to make a certified copy for example. This shows a lack of logic, a lack of duty, a lack of respect for my time. Plus the lady was so short with me twice that it made me loose my temper.They are not lawyers, they offer notary services... act like it or remove it from your list of services.

We have been using this store for the past two years and absolutely love them, we mostly work with Eduardo and he has been awesome. We send a lot of high priority packages and he is always spot on and has become a team member to us. Would highly recommend this store.

Unfortunately I had a break for lunch and needed to return two packages to Amazon which I had packing slips for. Drove 10 miles to the store and the gentleman asked me if that was my first time dropping off. I said no, and he replied he had to charge me 1 dollars per box for tape?!? So two dollars total. I told him I did not have my wallet and he said he couldn’t accept the packages until I paid the two dollars. UPS, I was a customer service manager in the airlines for almost 10 years. Turning away business for two dollars worth of two strips of tape?!? I get it but, I wish he would have told me for the future to make sure the boxes are taped. Doesn’t make me want to use UPS again.Unfortunately I’m leaving the country for the next 8 days and can’t return these two small packages to Amazon. Super Dissapointed.

I bought some marching drums on eBay from a seller in Lake Mary, but I needed to ship them to Texas and needed to rely on the seller to drop them off and then have UPS pack & ship without having a predefined shipping label. I first tried calling FedEx to explain all this, and while their guy was friendly, he could only send me on a wild goose chase of calling customer service. Nobody at FedEx could understand what I was trying to do and therefore couldnt help me. Flash forward to this UPS store, and Tamarin picks up the phone and understands me in 2 minutes flat. She explained the workflow, how to send in a remote credit card authorization, etc. She did an excellent job packaging my new drums, and followed up with tracking numbers, and even followed up with a phone call after everything arrived to ask if everything was satisfactory. For $500+ in shipping costs for such heavy and bulky yet delicate items, I felt it was a very finishing touch to follow up with me over the phone. The packing was impressive too. Excellent customer service!

Tamarin Rene Disrud is one of the best notary I have ever seen. She is extremely helpful, patient and helped me to figure out the right documentation, even thought it was a very busy Monday morning. Corbin and Eddy provided me with exceptional customer service and while I was in the store I got to see first hand that they made every other customer feel like family. I needed to ship a large, very fragile, expensive figurine that had been in my family a long time. I was worried about it getting to Oregon safely. I had been to another packing/shipping/office store twice, and still hadnt found a safe solution. I went to this UPS store on Lake Mary Blvd. and was delighted and relieved to meet the manager, Tamarin. She measured the figurine, figured out how much bubble wrap to use, and even created small boxes to cover the bubble wrapped parts of the figurine - all before wrapping the whole thing in more bubble wrap, and double boxed it before shipping. I felt that she was taking as good care of my package as she would of her own. I will always go back to this store and Tamarin & her crew when I am in town visiting my family! I observed two other employees while I was working with Tamarin, and both went above and beyond to help the customers they were helping. Great job everyone!

I have used a number of PO Box type locations and have been doing business with the UPS store in Lake Mary now since December 2007. They are hands down the best group I have ever worked with. Una is awesome. She knows every member of my family by name and goes far above and beyond to provide the highest level of service possible. Everyone there is great but she is head and shoulders above an outstanding team.

I went into the store and there was literally only one customer and two guys working. I asked the first guy about printing some stuff with my SD card on the printer. He was pretty much clueless and even told me he has no idea how to work the printer after I just told him Im not sure how to work it myself. I asked the other guy for help, and he seemed to rudely tell me I could do it myself on the computer. They not only were lacking and customer service, they seem like they didnt even want to try be helpful. Overall bad experience.

Ive had great experiences picking packages up here and mailing them off. The wait is never too long even if the line is. My only complaint is dont place the burden on customers to know what their package looks like for pickup. I get shipments from all over the country and UK and have no idea how my sender has packaged it. One of the girls gets peeved if you cant specify the package details.

We went into the store close to closing time. Eddie was there wirh a smile on his face and ready to help. Wonderful service Eddie is awesome.

Everything was fine with the young man thats usually in the front. Hes very kind and courteous. Our experience went south when the tall storke shaped women came out of the back to assist with the customers. Very loud, and seemed rushed. Rude. Her body responses to everything we asked were negative.

Very rude and racist manager. She was only nice and informative to customers of a specific race,and treated me with disrespect and a nonchalant attitude. Terrible service. I paid expedited shipping,and my package still has not arrived yet. This lady has the audacity to comment back it was more than I intended to pay,but again that was a lie. I paid $14 expedited shipping. Just a manager who is full of it and a racist. Just a terrible experience overall. An ethics committee should look into this. As well as corporate into this rude/racist manager.

Visited the establishment to mail a package, which seems like it would be simple. After my package was measured and weighed, I was provided with a price. 8 to 10 minutes later, after they tediously entered my information, they provided me with a final price that was 2 dollars more than the original price provided.I then asked the clerk why he was charging me a higher price after providing me with the first quote which was 2 dollars less. His answer to me was that it was JUST A QUOTE. He never at anytime during the transaction advised me that the final price may be different than the original price. Since I had already been there for 10 minutes, I went ahead and paid the higher amount because I was pressed for time and at that point did not have time to go elsewhere.Additionally, I was asked what were the contents of the package which I feel is none of UPSs business unless its illegal, flammable, breakable...etc, of which it was none of those things. So there are privacy concerns there. I then asked for the information of where I can give a complaint about my experience. I was provided with the main UPS phone number, which was the incorrect phone number per the UPS representative who answered the line. That was strike three. I found this out after speaking with 2 representatives. I then was provided with the consumer relations phone number for the UPS Store franchise, which is the phone number that I should have been provided with in the first place.On top of that the first representative I spoke with via the main UPS phone number, transferred me to an overseas rep, rather than transferring me to a supervisor like I had asked. STRIKE FOUR. I always have a problem whenever I deal with UPS. Their phone systems are made so that reps can just transfer the customer to another rep if they dont want to deal with you, and the system has no way of tracking the rep that made the transfer. Extraordinarily horrible service to say the least.On the contrary, when I have used the United States Postal Service to ship my packages in the past, I have never had them ask me what the package contents were. Never. Of course they ask you if the item is flammable, breakable etc but NEVER ask what the contents are.I believe that UPS is an entity that truly needs its ownership taken over because they are such a failing business model. Ridiculous.

I never had a worse experience with a franchise. Shipped a computer to my nephew and it arrived broken. Filed a claim and all I got was a phone call that it was denied.Never asked for any pictures, never asked for an explanation and never sent an email or explain why the claim was denied. I had insurance or I thought. I learned there are two different options which was never explained.Option one, was for lost and option two is for damages. Apparently I had option one. Regardless that wasnt the reason for the denial until I had my assistant questioned it.We called UPS itself and they were not helpful at all. The way the computer was returned to me look like it went through a warzone. Here is the best part, to fix the computer will cost about 120 bucks. If they offered me a refund or 120 bucks, it would have showed good faith and customer service.I got nothing from the ups franchise or UPS the billion dollar corporation. FedEx just got a new customer.

GO TO FEDEX!! Thoroughly Disappointed!I made it very clear my pkg needed there Saturday a.m. paid $76 for overnight air and the pkg is not there. Tracking said it would be there by Monday the 12th. TOO LATE.Update: The employee that helped me bold faced lied to me and her manager with a smile on her face. If you cant do your job without lying theres a problem. Everyone makes mistakes, own up to them. It makes you a better employee and person.The owner was very understanding and was able to rectify the problem. I am on the fence about going there again but not completely against it.

I was just over here and had a lot of trouble with printing a document that was too dark. All of th members went above and beyond to help me out with getting the document just right. They were incredibly kind and polite.
