This is my second dealing with a title agency and first time with First Florida Title & Trust, Inc. After exploring all my options, I had to pick First Florida simply because of the customer service I received from Lindsy. I mean, no matter what title agency you pick, the fees are going to be +/- around $50. Thats not what set them apart though. While she matched any of the lower quotes I had, talking to her gave me the sense of comfort that I couldnt pass.From the first time a title agency greets you over the phone, you can tell a lot about them. Its a simple matter of customer service. Lindsy walked me through every fee and possibilities thoroughly. She gave us discounts that we werent aware of possible. She stayed after 5:15 pm, just to start on signing of the closing papers. She was organized and to the point. I never expected any title agency to stay open for 2 hours after their hours. She did.On top of everything, there were some minor slip ups by my mortgage lender which I didnt see till the next day. Lindsy again offered to stay open late and fix it without any extra charge. First FL title is the best in town! Just give them a call before you pick anyone else.
