Watch out for Kevin Trammo! WORST appraiser Ive ever dealt with in decades of real estate buying. Blatantly ignores critical information (including complete remodels, views, etc), and clearly selects comparables based on whatever is easiest to compare, not whats most logical. Took him over 2 weeks to pull a nonsense number out of his a$%. He was also very abrasive towards my wife. I cant fathom how he was given a certification of any kind. It mustve been an oversight because no competent person would possibly agree that Kevin has a fully functioning brain. If you hear hes going to be appraising your property, good luck.
