Great staff. Wonderful dentist. She takes time with each patient and explains options well. They go out of their way to take care of emergencies as soon as possible.

Dr.Ranjan and the entire Lake Mary office are amazing and best in class. I had been with the same dentist for 17 years and moved from Miami to the Orlando area. I tried going to a few dentist and did not feel comfortable. I was referred to Dr.Ranjan from one of my employees and a person on another team in our company. I coujd not me happier and more appreciative. Marisol was simply amazing in getting my insurance info, follow up and getting me scheduled, and then providing guidance when I arrived at the office, and then the entire teamI met made me feel like I had been a patient for years and made me comfortable. My appointment was at 8:30 for my 6 months cleaning and they were right on time. The receptionist greeted me with a happy personality, I can only assume she was smiling through her mask. They cleaned and took measurements and clearly explained my overall condition. They all were very friendly and accommodating.

Worst office administrative staff I have ever seen. Botched up appointment scheduling and did not bother to follow up after my first initial visit. I called to ask about my treatment plans and never heard back from them on the same. They did not properly follow up with my insurance either.I will not recommend this practice at all. Very poorly managed practice.

I have been going to Dr. Ranjan for nearly a decade and I have nothing but great things to say. The whole office staff is friendly and professional. Marison at the front is incredibly patient and willing to work with you to make payments and insurance easy to work with.Ranjan, Lisa, and Alex are all awesome people with wonderful personalities. Theyre all highly skilled at what they do and make you feel like family, even when you only see them twice a year.Aside from regular dental checkups, I have had Zoom whitening and now invisalign done here. I saw great results with Zoom and my experience so far with invisalign has been easy and stress free.Though my flossing habits may not be top-notch (as I am often scolded for), Dr. Ranjan keeps my smile looking its best despite my own negligence, and I could not be happier!
