Orchid Cleaners in Lake Mary has incredible service and amazing staff!! Highly recommend!

Love Orchid Cleaners and wouldn’t think to go anywhere else! Not only have I taken normal clothing items to be dry cleaned but also comforters and even my daughters prom dress to be steamed prior to prom!! They’re always extremely courteous and a fantastic value!!

Their delivery driver decided they were too important to wait in traffic on I4 and passed everyone on the shoulder of the road.

The staff at Orchid Cleaners is very friendly and professional, they went above and beyond to make sure I had my rush order on time, I took my son’s favorite sweater with a stain that looked impossible to remove but when I picked it up it looked like he just purchased. Worth every dollar.

Good cleaning quality, but expensiveOrchid charged me almost double what most other nearby dry cleaners charge for lab coat and suit/pants dry cleaning. They also charged me random $4 fees for heavy spot cleaning which I didnt have on my clothes. They did give me $4 credit back when I complained, but I dont like them nickel and diming for spots that arent even there. I live right by them, but going to go a bit farther to get a better deal, but same quality.I would recommend golden touch dry cleaners about 5 min away.

Great service and consistent results on everything from baby/toddler clothes, menswear, and even wedding attire. The owner takes pride in making sure that dry cleaning is done right and customers are happy. Other staff members are friendly and helpful. We wont use anyone else!

Amazing! My clothes are always cleaned and pressed beautifully. I had a shirt covered in ink that i thought was going to have to be thrown away. they got all of the ink out. Highly recommend!!

Went here for the first time because is close to my apt. It will be the last time, as well.Brought clothing in for repair and was quoted a maximum repair cost. Went to pick up and the bill was 50% (no exaggerations) than the maximum quoted price.After telling me people are not allowed to quote me prices, he continued to refuse to honor the price. After some back and forth he offered a discount but still not to quoted prices. Then was pissed off when I was not happy with the discount.What a horrible unprofessional person. Dont be mad at your customers if employees make mistakes - its the cost of doing business.This place lost all my future business and I am telling everyone I know who live nearby not to go here. See what a few dollars cost you?

I got a queen bed spread cleaned there. They charged me $33! Which I thought was high for just a simple clean. And when I opened it out of bag to place on my bed it smelled like a gym bag! I didn’t t even begin to think how it got that smell, obviously wasn’t cleaned. Never going back again!

My husband and I have been going to Orchid Cleaners since they opened and have always been completely and more than satistlfied with their work and professionalism, not to mention their sensitivity. When we lost our son in an auto accident three years ago and went to pick up a very large order of his clothes that he dropped off the morning of the accident, they absolutely refused our paying for the items. Their kindness and sensitivity really touched us. They are a lovely family and take pride in their work.Susan McKenna

Owner and staff are always friendly. I have had nothing, but good experiences and have been going here for 5 years. Even though it is out of my way, I co timid to use them.

Last time I went to Orchid, the woman employee was rude. I was going to tell her something and she asked me to hold on in an unpolite manner until she finished what she was doing, also calling me honey. When I asked for the price for a pant I had taken to tailor only, she charged me 19+ dollars. I asked why and she said because it was ironed. I told her I did not ask for ironing and she said she had to charge me the whole amount because she had no access to changes in the computer. She said “call tomorrow and tell them what happened and ask for refund”. I was so dissapointed for this service, I didn’t bother to call the next day...Nor I will ever go again to this place. Owners, please teach employees how to treat and keep customers.

Had a great experience here at orchard. Had a special request and they went above and beyond to help.

Awfull, had 6 shirts done and one of them was brand new with the tag still, by the time my husband wants to wear it we found out it has stains on it all over the shirt. We had in the hanger and plastic bag still and we took back to the place, they said that could not happened in there as they dont have chemicals that cause that. The onwer called us next morning saying that he found out the price of new shirt and he will give us a credit, did not specify what kind of credit, for my surprise I have to spent the credit with them, but tell me how??? They had a brand new shirt damaged with stains all over, missing one button and even told me that could happen inside my closet... Anyway, I do not recomended, it was the closest from my house but I rather drive longer next time and have a much better work done.

Even with a new owner they dont clean your clothes at all! They return them in the same condition as it was before, even put some new spots on your clothes. Terrible service, rude and unprofessional owner! Never go to this place again. do not recommend this place to anybody. They damage my wife clothes:(

Ive been coming for years and many of the previous reviews that were poor were before Daniel Cha operated this establishment. Ever since then, Orchid Cleaners has absolute stellar service and they get the job done. We need more Cleaners to step it up and operate like this one.
