I had the fortunate experience with this company through my home warranty. Cody came out - who was very nice - and even through the issue could not get fixed through my home’s warranty, he was honest and did not try to take advantage of the situation (which happens with A Lot of other plumbers - especially being a single female). I would also like to mention that from the beginning, they were prompt on calling me to schedule an appointment, and on time.Thumbs up
Had another contractor come out to repair leak in my toilet, they were here 10 minutes collected $100 and never fixed. Jay with DP&M came today and fixed within 10 minutes. Prior contractor said he had to cut through the bathroom tile and replace all piping. Jay told me the piping was new, no need. I appreciate honest businesses!!! Thank you
Water heater went out March 24th 2021.$65 service fee paid to warranty. Warranty scheduled with DPM Services and I am notified I will be contacted in two days.Business week came and went. I contacted following week and scheduled service appt.DPM Services tech. came and said I needed a new water heater and that I would be contacted by a tech. and that the water heater would be ordered.A full week came and went. I reached out. They blamed the lapse of time on my warranty provider and told me that they would call the warranty for status on the approval of my repairs. Despite what I was told, I verified via email trail that the warranty had already approved the services.2 Days passed. I contacted again to see what the status was. I was told they would need to order my specific gas water heater.Another business week and 2 days go by (We have been taking cold showers for 3 weeks). Leah tells me that their shipment of water heaters has arrived but there are no gas heaters (which is what I need and was told by the tech. would be ordered).It is April 14th and Im cashing out with my warranty and going with a locally and better-rated business at my own cost. I will end up paying double what the warranty issues because this is America and DPM Services is not the way the American dream is achieved.

An expert plumber arrived from DPM...knowledge, smart, helpful and neat. FIXED MY PROBLEM COMPLETELY! !!!GOOD PRICE, GOOD WORK AND HELPFUL AND POLITE !!!!! (also carried out my garbage since I couldnt do that at that time! !!)I wasnt solicited to write this information.This was and has been all my experiences with DPM....AND ON TIME TOO.If you like, you can ask DPM for my phone number . Called DP&M Services to unclog a kitchen sink line for me. Talked to Elane. She was courteous and very helpful. She quoted me a price to do the job, which was very fair. I scheduled the appointment and the Technician, Jerry, showed up on time and had my problem drain fixed in quick order. He was professional and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I will be using DP&M again in the future for my plumbing needs. Thanks Elane and Jerry. A job well done.
Horrible customer service and made several mistakes. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and admitted her people made mistakes, but tried to take it out on me. I reminder her I was a customer and they were suppose to be the professionals. Avoid this company. I also gave feed back to my insurance company that they should not use this company.
Ive been waiting 3 months to get a new water heater through my home warranty. They never contacted me, then when I contacted them the guy came out, didnt do any work and never called back. A month went by and I called back, they said theyd call me back...haha. Now Im on the phone another month later and they have zero clue why I dont have a water heater and the writing is so bad on the invoice they cant find out what the deal is. Still waiting...
Awful customer service from Elaine. I have an issue with an already completed work order and Elaine will not assist with rectifying the issue- instead she laughed and hung the phone up on me. Their office does not keep any record of their past work orders. If calling to get an issue resolved after 3 months of service, they will have any record of the work and will be unable to assist you. This is a cop out from correcting their mistakes. You’ll be on your own. I would NOT recommended using this company.
Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. Youll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isnt our first rodeo.There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
Company came for home warranty job replacing hot water heater. It was leaking. We have work oreder for medium size water heater but they arrive with a “ short” size that doesn’t fit in area. Manager tells us to make opening bigger to fir the wrong size heater or relocate ii to a shed. That would require plumbing,electrical and a permit from the city. They refuse to instal the size heater in the work order. They took our money though. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Horrible company! Lied to me and my tenant. Tried to steal my deposit money ($200) from my home warrenty company. The woman on the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Hard to believe this company stays in buisness! STAY AWAY!
3 weeks and still waiting for a water heater. Imagine no water heater for 3 weeks. Dont even call when missing appts. Still waiting for them to show 5.5 hours now. They dont care. Beware!
