Tried this place out based on reviews, ended up with a fairly bad haircut. I wanted it very low on the sides, and combed across the top but the hairdresser placed the part over my eye instead of on the side of the head (like in the picture I showed) which completely changes the look as the part is a good 2 inches off from where it should be. Gave 2 stars because she was nice.

They were super nice and I had a little delay because of rain...I hate leaving a bad reveiw but, this was a bad one. Ill stick to my Sandford location. Ive never had this fuxked up of a hair cut......

An ok experience. Arrived a bit after 5 (close at 6) with two other customers and three on staff. The other two seemed to be regulars based on their polite rapport. My stylist/cutter was very nice but I felt the three employees were having a contest on who could get done first. Ok cut, my sides aren’t even but easy home fix. I’ll give them another shot but will show up earlier. Note: I brought up them being closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. They mentioned being short staffed so, no one should ding them on that.

I take my son here for his haircuts and love it. The staff if friendly and the establishment is very clean. They always do a good job on his hair. Reasonably priced and you can get the whole barber shop deal with the shoulder massage, hot towel and wash. If I had hair I would get it cut here too. 👴🏼

This place is not your average barber shop. It has a family vibe among barbers, and they make sure clients feel welcome at their home. Each barber has his own style, so you are warranty to find a perfect fit. I really like this place.

It was a great experience with Dina. She is a professional, skillful, caring and nice person. She is also so smart and knows what you exactly want. Overall is a great place to go. I am not going to go anywhere else.

Just an all around great experience. I left feeling like a million bucks. She even got all the hairs behind my ears. I didnt have to touch up anything when I got home. Very pleased and will return.

From the start I received poor service. Then during the cut I had to explain multiple times how I want and part my hair and each time the stylist got frustrated and kept cutting and combing to I think what he wanted My hair cut is still incorrect. I asked for hair off my ears and after the third time it’s still on my earsI wasn’t even asked if I wanted a hot towel or message just here you go your done.

I looked on their app at 5:15 it says open until 6:00. There was no wait so I made the 10-15 min drive. I got to the door at 5:30 waited outside as the door was locked while they were cutting hair. After 10 mins of standing there the lady came over and said they were not taking any more clients at 5:40. Must be nice in this crisis to not need business

The stylist was rude and refused to give my friend’s autistic son a haircut bc he was holding a phone in his hand. I get haircuts all the tine holding a phone. For the record, he was just sitting there.

This establishment refused to cut a childs hair because he was autistic.

My son has never been to an actual shop to get his hair done before. He is 5 and so we were a little nervous going in. Sara made his very first experience amazing! She made him feel comfortable and kept a smile on his face. My son loved her and we will definitely be going back!!

We walked in, explained what we wanted & they were able to deliver excellent results. They are very friendly, clean & well priced. We have definitely found a place to continue going to. My son just turned 4, is autistic & has speech delays, that did not bother Victoria one bit. She had no problems taking her time with him & working at his pace!! When I talked to her about my hair, before she even touched it she understood it. Once she cut it, my hair has never looked or felt better. She was able to recommend 2 products to me that have worked wonders for my hair that I never knew were possible. We could not be happier & will be recommending Sport Clips every chance we get.

There arent many people that can cut hair with just scissors anymore, all they know how to do is use the Razor and shave it up the sides but not Lucienne (LUCY) at your shop... I used to go to the Sanford store but my girl left so I had to find someone else, but you charge $7 more for a Vietnam Veteran and Senior which is me, is there anything you can do about that, Id greatly appreciate it as Im on social security, Thank You !!!

Ive been getting my hair cut here every 5-6 weeks for the past 3 years, ever since I moved to Lake Mary. Ive tried a couple other local places, but I like this place the best. Its clean, the ladies are nice, the price is normal, and everything is very organized and efficient.For example, they take notes on your haircut, so every time you come, they know what you usually have done and anything special about your hair. So over time, they become pros at dealing with your hair individually, even if its a new stylist.I love this place!

This is the most efficient and enjoyable way to get a great haircut at a good price. The staff is always courteous and does a good job of reading whether you want to talk or just stay quiet which makes a big difference to some guys. Even with a shampoo and short neck massage you still aren’t breaking $30.

I’ve been getting my son’s haircut in Sport Clips for 3 years . The Staff was always friendly and very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience service here. Today, Stylist Lizy was rude!!! She didn’t listen to what we wanted and didn’t paying attention! We always walking to this location with my son, because we live behind this building. We never going back again! Unfortunately, I have to change Barber Shops😔

Ive been getting my hair cut at the Lake Mary, FL Sports Clips for years. While the atmosphere is great and the customer service is top notch. The real reason I keep going is their stylist Dina. She is by far the best stylist I ever had. She takes pride in her profession and possesses and great personality. Every time I get my hair cut from her it comes out prefect and just the way I like it.

First time there, everything was great! I think the only thing missing is alcohol ! A whiskey, rum or beer would top everything off just perfect and would set you guys apart from the rest!!!!

Dina is a great stylist and cuts my hair exactly like I want. That is the reason I only come to her. I have used several hair shops in the past and not received good service or cuts. I will only come to Sport Clips and only see Dina and get the MVP. The hot towels are a great ending to a great hair cut.

Went there and asked for a trim and specifically requested to keep the volume on my beard and 10 minutes into the cut i watched in horror as 3 of the 4 inches of my facial hair hit my lap..... I have no words to express how upset I am that would be publicly acceptable

If you want to expedite the wait time, pick the next available stylist. Dont sign up for first available or youll get bumped down the line-up regardless if youre there before the guy who walks in after you who didnt call ahead. Good thing there are plenty of other places to go! Thanks ladies!

A wonderful surprise! Thats how I summarize my visit here. There was minimal wait time, my stylist Detra listened very well to what I wanted and took her time, paying attention to the details of my cut. The warm towel head massage was unexpected and delightful. I definitely recommend this location and Detra.

Avoid the manager. She told me the the mvp was complementary because it was my first time there and then charged me the full price. And then tried to sell me 60 dollars worth of hair products. I won’t come back to any sport clips again.

Butchered my sons hair. Not blended. Long stray pieces only on right side 2 back, not blended at all. 10/20/16 7:30 pm woman with dark hair and glasses- What was in the system was not what he ever had there. Never ever used a 6 blade on his long top curly like you did tonight has always been 1/2 off scissors. Awful. Awful. Dance this weekend and portraits in 2 weeks now cancelled thanks to someone who did not listen to dads directions or read what was in the system.

Finally after a year of searching I found the right place to get a haircut. Priscilla is great.

For a men haircut store I was pleasantly suprised when I got mine done. I got exactly what I was looking for. Definitely returning!

Went there asked for a hard part where my last part was, she pointed it out like she found it, then cut a totally separate part slightly lower than the original, making me have a part, small line of hair and then a 2 week old part... messed my hair up good. Forgot her name but she was an assistant manager.. never going back again

One star is still do high a rating. Worse haircut I have ever ever had in my life. I walked out looking like a damn cancer patient with spots. Dina or whatever is terrible. I asked for skin fade high with 4 on top. I got a 2 on top with bald spots. And one side of my head was 4 inches higher then the other. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE HOW YOU LOOK. My dogs get better haircuts.
