Great place the girls that cut me and my brothers hair were so nice and we didn’t go to this place immediately because my brother found this business like five minutes before we got there so we had to put a walk in appointment and they were so quick about it.

Took Grand for cut. Women choped off 2 inches more than requested!!! Grand left in tears. No apology from woman who did cut!!! Never going back😖😖😖😖😖

Barber barely cared and finished haircut in less than 5 mins. Didnt ask if I liked how it was before taking the cover off and cut it uneven which I couldnt tell until I left.

My sister wanted a haircut. The lady said she was uncomfortable doing that short because she is a girl. She was rude and sexist and now her confidence is crushed. She’s in fourth grade. And the back looks awful she didn’t even fade it in. So no, this is one of the worst places I’ve ever gotten my hair cut at.

Rafael, Has got to be the rudest unethical Person there could be to work there he does not have a clue what he’s doing. He does not like people of color, I sat there and heard him talk about a lady of color when she walked out and then He refused to cut a special needs child’s hair. I sat there for 20 minutes watching all of this and I was totally amazed and when I finally called him out on to it he made a big scene and said it was none of my business. Do not go here anymore!!!! I will not spend my money or support a business that does this!!

I went to Supercuts Lake Mary yesterday and had my hair cut by Jennifer. The cut is SUPERB. I wear my hair layered and have had a difficult time finding someone who actually can layer hair properly. Jennifer did an excellent job. I could not be more pleased. It was a pleasure styling my hair this morning. It easily fell into place. I will definitely be a client of Jennifers for a very long time. She took her time with my hair and I cannot say enough good things about the cut and Jennifer.

Just got haircuts for my boys and the lady that ran the place was really rude to me ...before I went there I looked at the prices online n they would not honor the 2019 price I had she said this is a franchise n they dont have to honor it. Got charged 38$ for 2 cuts and did not leave a tip cuz for that price they should pay their ppl more... Will never go back

Dawkins is the most disrespectful person I’ve met. Constantly on the phone, spits when she talks and she cut my hair way shorter than I wanted it.. when I told her I didn’t like it she rolled her eyes and told me that it’ll grow back.

If I could give no stars I would. My hair was well passed my shoulders I told her one inch tops and I left with it above my shoulders. I dont even want to look in the mirror.. I have been working on growing my hair out. I hate it. I will never go back there. They should be able to do a simple trim now Im stuck with this mess. I should have never paid but I know people need to make a living..

Extremely unhappy about the way my boyfriend and I were treated at this Supercuts... I brought my boyfriend here to get his eyebrows waxed and was served by a lady named Angie who seemed like she didnt want to be there and that our business was a bother to her. While my boyfriend was getting his eyebrows waxed I asked her to wax the top since it gets pretty scraggly up there. She in turn told me that thats not how you do it and that it would look unnatural on a man. He has gotten his eyebrows waxed before and every time we have done the top. After she finished she didnt even bother to take off the remaining wax and when I looked at his eyebrows after there still hairs left. Super unhappy and I really want my money back...
