Had our first marriage counseling session here last night. We didnt know what to expect..as we had never been through any sort of therapy or counseling before. Buddy Scott was subtle yet assertive..gave us insight on our marriage from another perspective. It was definitely helpful.We are returning for regular sessions. Very affordable too, I might add.

After my first session with Buddy I received more help than I ever did in the last 20 years of secular counseling. Buddy is a great listener, helps give me insight into the parts I play in on-going conflicts I am having; relationally, emotionally, and physically. After the first session I can honestly say I had hope, in myself and others. I was a bit apprehensive about going to a Christian-based counselor due to fear of condemnation, but I was delightfully surprised by his approach — in contrast I have found almost all of my previous, secular counselors to be quietly judging me while I spoke about my personal issues and I never really found effective or life-changing solutions to my problems. Buddy holds me accountable, but does not condemn me, gives me applicable strategies and advice, teaches me a lot about human nature and myself, and also about God’s love for His people. After my 3rd session I can honestly say that I am making major progress in all areas of my life!! I am truly blessed to have found His Love Counseling. I would recommend any of my closest friends or loved ones to go see Buddy for any counseling needs! Through his straightforward, genuine approach, years of wisdom and experience and most importantly his wealth of knowledge about Christ I am learning that I AM valuable, despite my inadequacies and that the Lord loves to make good things come from bad. My relationship with my partner has dramatically improved as a result and I’m looking forward to going back to my next session in 2 weeks.
