Worst service ever!!! I pulled in and there was one car ahead of me in the service bay. I waited 50 min and the car in front of me was still not done. A truck pulled into the other lane and next to me and the service tech started working on his truck outside of the service bays. No one was servicing the cars is the bays....BAD PLACE TO TRY AND GET YOUR CAR SERVICED!! I will never go there!!!! If they had a ZERO Rating I would click on it.

Fast and professional. 15 quarts and a filter in my F250 diesel. All fluids checked. Windshield cleaned .In and out in 10 minuets.

Took car here for an oil change and left with the bottom part of my car not intact. The bottom dust/dirt cover was not tightened properly and the next day a part of it had been dragging on the road. 5 out of 9 screws were missing. Go somewhere else. The dealership, although a bit more expensive is better quality service and I would recommend that over this place. Who knows if they even changed my oil or not.

Expensive especially since they used an inexact oil filter (it’s about an inch longer than the dealer one they replaced) won’t go back and won’t recommend. These places have an extra duty to be honest and use correct parts as most people won’t know the difference.

Long wait time. Staff seemed lethargic, unmotivated and unhappy to be working.Got my Transmission fliud changed and noted I was 1 quart short when I got home. Called them they were not apologetic and simply said I could come back down. This would have cost me time and 10 miles worth of gas. Returned the following day on Sunday but they were closed. I had to buy my own tramsmission fluid to bring it up to proper levels. Now wondering whether I got the synthetic oil I paid for? Would have been good business practice for them to apologize and offer some compensation for their mistake. Since they do not show you your fluid levels prior to leaving like they do at other lube places, you should might want to check for yourself. I do not feel comfortable returning for future business.

So I unknowingly drained my transmission fluid when I thought I was draining my engine oil on my Subaru. I took my vehicle to the nearest shop I could. The team at Lube Express quickly diagnosed my huge mistake and went into action. They saved my transmission which would have set me back thousands of dollars. I could not thank them enough. Great, exceptional service!

My first impression of this retailer was very poor. I pulled in and exited my vehicle, I was greeted by a man who had very poor customer service. He barely said a word to me, half a greeting before he was in my car and filling out paper work. Without asking any questions he pulled my car in the garage. Guess Im getting my oil changed here! He asked what kind of oil and I replied to please follow manufactures specifications and I could tell he was annoyed with this answer. Reluctantly I continued my service and picked up my vehicle a few hours later. I understand mechanics are not the most personable people, but in todays economy there are many options and I will not choose them again.

I have been coming here to get my oil done for at least 20 years, but for the last few, I keep saying ‘this will be my last’. Went in again like a lemming, I put up with the surly smugness, the near aggressiveness, but to top it off, I watched them toss a customer out after berating him. I truly am done, and suggest to everyone, give some place else your business.

They did a good job but paid $89.00 for the same job I could have got from the dealership for $35.00. But I was trapped in line and needed it done so paid the price.

My truck was runnin kinda rough, and why not? Summers are Brutal on vehicles! So I thought Id pop in for a quick oil change and get my fluid levels chequed! I Musta come at the right time cause no waiting! Great! I had a coupon but didnt really need it! They topped off everything and gave me a Diagnosis! In nothing flat! A coupla minor concerns but now Shes runnin Great! Meeee toooo! No Worries! Aahhhhh!

Ive been to EVERY Business in Lake Havasu City for oil changes. LubeX goes above and beyond at what they do. They not only do a 10 minute oil change ... its WHAT else they do thats soooo impressive that I had to give them a 5 Star rating and write a Review. While the oil is being changed a courteous and polite employee is Vacuuming the carpets!! Cleaning ALL my windows!! Checking ALL my lights and bulbs!! Checking my Wiper Blades!! Who else does these things? This is THE BEST BUSINESS to go to for a VERY fast and VERY Professional oil change... and soooo much more!! Im anxious to see how they do my33 foot Class A Air Stream Land Yacht !!! Ill post again after that. But, Im sure their work will be the same.Tim D Ingrum
