Ive had work done on two different vehicles. Their prices were competitive and on one of my vehicles less than the dealership. The mechanic was informative and kept to his quote. Work was done in a timely manner and done right. I would refer them to a friend.

I drove from L.A. to Havasu, and then noticed I was leaking oil. Dropped in to R&M on a Saturday morning. Mike took a quick look underneath and saw that the oil plug was barely screwed in after the last oil change. He tightened it up on the spot, put in a quart of oil, and only charged me for the oil. They had other customers waiting so I was very appreciative that he took a minute to help me out. Much obliged.

Horrible service, always too busy to acknowledge you, did not fix what was asked of them, took an extra two days to fix something that should have been easily accomplished within 6hrs. I still have the problem with my power steering after they supposedly fixed my power steering pump after they had already looked at it a second time because they forgot to put in the seal the first time around. Will never go back again.
