This guy, Virgil, is one of those business owners who doesnt care if he is rude or mean to his customers. He charged me for work that didnt address the problem it was there for. Then basically called my wife and I liars about the details we gave him about out problem. Needless to say we paid a lot of money and our RV is still not fixed. And not once did he apologize or offer to fix the issue. He was just not a nice guy. I try to never do business with people who arent genuinely good people. Its not about the price, its the treatment and trust.

This might be the best experience I have had with an emergency repair. I showed up with a 2011 GMC 2500HD diesel while towing a 38 foot 5th wheel I just picked up in Havasu and was headed out of town to Parker. The low coolant warning came on just before leaving town and when pulled over to add coolant I noticed there was a massive leak. I Googled, Duramax and luckily this shop came right up. The guy there was working on three other cars and this was Saturday afternoon during Desert Storm weekend. He stopped what he was doing to diagnose my truck and started an estimate and ordered parts (new radiator and fan clutch) that couldnt be there until Tuesday morning. He allowed me to use his lot to drop my 5th wheel until I was able to get my roadside service to pickup the rig and tow it to La Paz. He knocked out the repair within 24 hours of the parts arriving, including several miles of road testing and used all OEM parts and high quality fluid. Drove it home to San Dimas with ice cold AC blowing that day and the truck was actually running cooler than it has since Ive owned it. He was very professional and made time to allow my insurance company to take photos of the damage. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Super service. Personable people and great pricing. Gave safety info which dealers had never mentioned. Rather than wait 3 days for a call back from Ford dealer, who never took any of our multiple calls,, Ill be using Virgils!

Well we use his services for many years everything was great, last Wednesday he wanted to charge me three times as much for a repair and it wasnt correct so I went somewhere else. and it was fixed for a fraction of the cost,I wont return. be careful theyre no longer reputable.I hope you all have a Merry Christmas !

Put a top end on my 351 W at Virgils. That was several years and many, many thousands of miles ago. My F-250 is still running strong pulling my 31 foot trailer all over the country. Virgils does professional work that lasts.

Ripped me off totally. Charged me twice what the part cost at the dealership, then charged me $300 labor for a part that literally takes 15 minutes to take off and put back on. I had it towed off his property. If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go.

Im experience here was so helpful and professional without all the extra expense that i was given at the other places that gave me quotes. Being a visitor in towns its hard to find places that wont be up front with you! Thank you VIRGILS for being that place to trust.

Called to setup appt. regarding previous repair and ran into a buzzsaw. The first contact spoke with said he remembered the repair. All we did was change spark plug. We will call you back.. Call back couldnt get word in edgewise. Serviced two of my vehicles. Not anymore

I have used Virgils Auto Service for several years. I have always found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He doesnt find work to do and he will tell you if you dont need a particular repair. Most recently, my daughter was complaining that her brakes sometimes squeaked. Virgil determined that her brakes were OK and didnt need any work done. His prices seem fair. I highly recommend Virgil.

I was told that to find problem would be $45. Then it would apply to bill. Two days later charged me almost $70.00 and would not apply to the cost of $200.00 bill. So I will have it fixed somewhere else! Beware people because I am a senior, alone and on limited income.
