Bought full set of truck tires 1 year ago. This week my dash indicated a low tire. They found a nail in the tire and repaired and rebalance the tire at no cost...part of their warrantee. All service personnel were courteous and helpful.

Everyone here was so nice and helpful. They were able to fix my tire issues that the Cadillac dealership screwed up. They charged me nothing to make the repair. That is exceptional customer service. I learned my lesson and I will never go anywhere else for tires except Discount Tires.

I got an appointment at 0830 to try and make things smoother for everyone. Though this place was hopping when I arrived. Got checked in quick, and these guys were cycling cars through like a well oiled machine. Got seen as fast as they could get me in and was out of there by 0920. I had brought a single rim here to get a tire replaced. I dropped it off and went shopping, expecting to get a call when it was done. It actually got all the way up to closing time and I called them to check on my tire to see if it was done. Luckily most of the employees were still there after closing and I was able to pick up my tire the same day, but it had me a bit worried Id have to come back the next day to get my tire.

Our censor for tire was on the but all tires were ok they went out of there busy day and help me at no charge very pleased with there service, young man that helped us was very nice

IF YOU HAVE A HIGH END CARDo not go to this Location . Gave them clear instructions to put on tire the dealer brought nothing else. They tried to rotate the tires, i guess the huge rear tire and smaller front tire was not enough of a clue that you can do that. They did and tried to drive the car locking it it, throwing the car into lockdown mode. The lack of knowledge and training is just horrible for a name brand chain. I know its Havasu but last few years more and more high end cars in town . Go to tireman in havasu. Fyi 2021 with 600 miles on it and just wanted a tire put on correctly . No communication as was sitting there for 30 min while guy went to lunch and no one told me car was ready. I guess when it locked up and could not drive panic set in.Will never ever go there again, save yourself the pain and dissapointment .

Just went to have a quick tire pressure check due to a low pressure light. I pulled into the free air check line Waited 5 minutes, not one of the 6 associates surrounding my vehicle gave eye contact or even noticed until I step out of the vehicle to ask if we could get some assistance. Finally a very rude gentleman named Paul said aggressively we will be there in a minute. I highly suggest better service from such a prestigious Institution.

I was in this last Friday to get my husband‘s truck tires put on. I was in a bit of a rush with about 6 people in front of me. One of the mechanics outback Armoni came and started to help people I was a little concerned when he got to me as I like to deal with maniger just so stuff gets done right but he made it easy and quick even setting up a appointment so I could come back after a couple errands. They did a phenomenal job on the truck. thank you discount my husband loves it!!

We had a tire blow out on the 95 heading towards Cali, got a tow into town... discount tire was fast, friendly and efficient!! They honored our tire warranty from Americas Tire!!! What a relief...we were back on the road in under 2 hours

We bought a set of four high end Michelians. The server broke the cap with the insignia on it and said he would call in two days no call so we went down waited and again was promised a week later no call so we get in the car my husband was waiting in line 45 minutes when i see a rep with another worker who is the manager i gave him an earful and promised if my husband who is still on line does not get service we will go elsewhere. Three vehicles for us time will tell if the part comes

Horrible... service guys don’t know how to do simple things and to fix there mess up try to make you do a service ticket and wait even longer... if you can’t do something don’t say you can (especially when it’s just a tire air check). Then drain out a tire to 40 psi I understand having two extra tires might be an issue for you, so maybe you shouldn’t even try to do it save us all the headache!! And never switch off guys without making sure what the psi is supposed to be before you over inflate tires almost 20 psi... just not acceptable at all!

Service was fine. Covid safety practice not being followed. When taking pictures to post here one employee tried to intimidate me for taking his picture. Only one employee in garage was seen properly wearing a face mask and that was the person putting air in tires.

Went in today because my inside dually tire isn’t holding air. They used to be able to air my tires up in the outside drive up lane but I was told a couple days ago that they no longer did this for dually trucks. Went in this afternoon and the counter guy said they could get me in with no problem today. My first mistake today was thinking I would get the same quality service that I have received in the past. Second mistake was going in on crutches with a broken foot and hoping to find adequate seating. Third mistake was realizing that I had stood/sat there for an 1 1/2 and my truck never got looked at. Fourth mistake was going to the counter expecting to receive good customer service. Needless to say, I hobbled out of there on my crutches and will go somewhere else for business. I used to buy my tires at Discount Tire.If you read this than Thanks and if not I get it.Tom U

We had a massive screw in our tire. These guyshelped us get on our way. Two people helped us out, both were named Chris. One at drop off and another at pick up. All the guys in the shop were working well with each other and customers getting cars in and out. A+ for the management, seemed like a well oiled machine.

Amazing Experience. Sales Associates are incredibly polite and respectful, it took longer than expected (of course), and we ran into issues but they were happy to improvise and even upgrade me to get me back on the road safe.

I have time to write this review because I have been sitting in line for more than 20 minutes behind two cars waiting for a free tire pressure check. Apparently it is true that you get what you pay for...

We went to this location to put inner tubes in two rear Four wheeler tires. They busted one inner tube and didnt even attempt the other one and still charged us full price. They didnt offer to refund or replace the broken inner tube. The Guy who tried to put the inner tube in the tire said He pumped it up to 14 psi and boom it exploded.........the loudest sound he had ever heard in his life! it blew the tire right off the rim! Well it is not possible to blow the tire off the rim at 14 psi! (after taking the popped inner tube out of the tire, it was clear that they had pinched it) so we went and bought another inner tube from a different store and put them in at home. dont go to this place, they are expensive and if they Break something they either wont tell you, or if they do talk to you about the problem, dont Believe them, its probably a lie.The old adage is true. if you want it done right, do it yourself.Needless to say, they have lost former customers here. Dont let them scam you, dont go here.

These guys are a bunch of clowns! Went in for 4 tires on my boat trailer they said it would be ready at 1pm showed up at 1:20 hadnt even been touched and they slid another boat in ahead of me! Too many managers!

I bought my last set of tires from Discount Tire instead of Big O because of price. I got a stud in my tire and went to Discount to have them help me fix it before it went flat. The sales person told me they could not help me and that I should buy a new set of tires even though i had 20K left on the ones i had. They would not fix my flat and sent me down the road. i went to Big O and walked in and ask for help and they said sure pull up right over here. They fixed it immediately and when I asked how much they said no charge at all. I will now be glad to pay extra and go to Big O for all my tires in the future. Discount Tire will not help you they only want to help themselves. That is 5 negative stars. My friends and i will not be going to Discount (cant help you tire). I will continue to tell everyone i know to avoid Discount Tire Stores.

What a great crew! Everybody was nicely dressed, well groomed & even good looking (haha), the shop was clean & organized far better than most places, the front office was spotless with plenty of seating, the bathroom was, eh, in need of improvement. Every member of the staff without exception was friendly & informative. My rusty old Ford offered a challenge having a very stuck rim but the guys worked hard & got the job done. The wait was a bit long but with the level of outstanding service, you should expect them to be busy! Great job everybody, you made tire buying a better experience, Id give you more stars if I could 🌟!

$22 bucks a tire installation fee. I thought installation was removing and installing on the vehicle. Nope. Mounting the tire on the wheel is what they now call installation.

Shop provides excellent customer service. All of your staff really want to provide excellent service to us customers. The store associates are under staffed, need someone to just man the phones so another can concentrate on customers in store who need to schedule repairs to their vehicle. I Strongly recommend a number machine so each customer is helped in fair first come first service manner. People dont mind using number system especially when fairness for their benefit is the main reason. Several older customers with canes had to stand in line. If they had a number they would be able to sit down until the customer service associate was able to serve them.My husband finally gave up & left because he was passed up & another person was served instead even though they arrived after him. We owned our own business for 42 years & always received compliments for the excellent customer service we provided. We performed mobile & shop tire & heavy body repairs on trailers, containers & chassis. Maybe you need to get out & about from your Corporate Temple & see how the REAL PEOPLE LIVE & WORK !

What a great place. It was really busy ( which tells me that they have great value and great customer service) i had two tires with low tire pressure . they took care of me right away.

On 9/28/2020 Monday walked into this place called discount tires. From the start I knew something bad was about to happen. Walking in i hear a older gentleman say i have to wait even if i have a appiontment. I then take my place in the line for 10 mins while theres 3 person on the computers in front of me. As they are moving back & fourth around the room nobody asked if I had been helped. I noticed that the phones kept ringing and they would asnwer the calls.. which means that calling in you have a better chance of asking or getting help. All i wanted was to buy 4 new tires for my truck. Thank God I didnt spend my $$$$ at this poorly ran business. I notice that they want to present themself as they have alot to do, but Ive been in management for many years and i can see when peoples behavior are to set the perception of being extremely busy.. Usually its caused by poor managers.. Terrible place to stop by for any kind of service. Dont spend your money there,there are plenty of businesses who do all the right things to keep you as a dedicated customer.

Not Very happy with this particular Discount Tire. I went in because my tire pressure light was on, and the child that checked my tires insisted that they were fine and there were no nails in it. he also insisted that my tires should not be filled to the recommendation on the door of my vehicle. He also told me that I should buy a new tires. It seems like he was just wanting to make a sale immediately. This is ridiculous. Two days later my tire was flat and when I brought it in to be repaired at a different shop altogether, they found a nail in it. Im very lucky that I was with a friend that was able to help me and not in the middle of nowhere alone. I think this discount tire needs to train their employees better. Shame on you Discount Tire.

I came in late on a Monday evening around 4:30 and wanted two tires balanced that were in the back of my pick-up. Chris said it would take just a few minutes for the actual balance but had 35 customers to still get done tonight. In a little less than thirty minutes I had my tires and was on my way. Awesome job
