Have a 1999 Dodge Ram beat up pretty bad. Took in to have ac repaired. Has been working great since.They have also replaced most of the dashboard which was in pieces. No easy task in my opinion.Very professional shop friendly staff. They kept me updated on how work was progressing.I would highly recommend this shop and will use again.

Unbelievable service. Didnt make it the last 100 miles to Havasu and based on reviews had my truck towed to Bobs. after hours and left a note in the drop box with what had happened (lost all coolant). Called at 8:03 the next morning and was told they had it in a bay and checking it out. Short time later they called me with a diagnosis and a reasonable quote for a new water pump and told it would be done by noon. Showed up around 10:30 to check on things and the truck was done. They knew how important it was to our vacation and got us up and running in no time. Hard to find people like this.

The check engine light was on in my truck. Bob’s ran a scan and said it was a minor sensor that didn’t need to be replaced, they recommended I save my money. I usually do my own repairs / maintenance as I have a hard time trusting repair shops. Somethings you just cant do properly without the right equipment. This was one of those cases. Bobs got me in and out quick, did the work requested with no surprises. Will be definitely be back!

I went here based on the reviews I read online and was not disappointed. I had my entire air conditioning rebuilt in my Honda and an alternator replaced in my truck. Everything at Bobs was handled with the highest level of professionalism, and very fair pricing. Jim at the front desk answered all my questions patiently and knowledgeably, with no pressure whatsoever. He just presented different options and let me decide. I have a severe allergic condition, and everyone at Bobs went the extra mile without complaint to ensure that my vehicles remained clean and allergen-free. Cant recommend them more highly--will definitely be back!

I have been motorcycle riding for over 40 years. Today I was 2000 miles from ho.e and had an issue with the bike. The unwritten rule in my experience with bike shops is that if you are stranded we will get you back on the road...not true in Lake Havasu AR three bike shops told me they were to busy. Late on a Friday afternoon my car overheated in the Albertsons parking lot. I had a Bobs My Shop card with me. I called about 10 min before closing and Debbie kindly gave me the phone number of a local towing service. The Monday after I got the car to their lot (they are closed on the weekend) I got a call explaining what the problem was and an estimate for cost. The work was done quickly, even though a part had to be ordered. The actual cost for the job was exactly what the estimate said. Ive always found things that disappointed me with all my mechanics...and imI not that picky..my last mechanic said they couldnt find anything wrong...and Bobs found the problem fast! It was a pricey little fix, but my AC is back to freezing me out. Im gonna stay with Bobs. Finding a good mechanic in havasu is almost as hard as finding a good doctor..good luck with that!

Never been to Bobs my shop. Car ac wasnt working up to par. Set up an appointment. Had nightmares of catastrophic ac estimates. Arrived early. They took the car immediately in. Accessed the problem. Took my jeep in to replace water jacket plugs and they took it in right away, gave me up front price, in fact they called me and told me another one was starting to leak. Was happy that they told me so it was fixed at the same time so it would cost less. My rig has many flaws but they overlook it and fixed what I needed. Going to return to have them fix motor mounts and install clutch at a later date. Thanks to you all at Bobs My Shop. Will return!!!!

Good, honest, quality work. Bobs resolved a mystery starting issue that other shops, including a dealer were unable to fix. Bobs mechanic(s) spent hours, at no cost to me, trying to recreate the problem, Unable to recreate the starting issue, they said they could throw parts at the car with no guarantee, but recommended alternative, no cost options instead. The other shops, could not recreate the problem either but they simply took a guess, replaced expensive parts that had no effect on the issue, then took my money. After a little time, the car showed a symptom that pointed to the problem. Bobs had it fixed within an hour. This is just one example of the positive experiences Ive had at Bobs. A repair shop I can trust.
