This UPS store is brimming with accommodating staff. Every individual who works there are really useful at sorting out the entirety of your delivery needs also getting things notorized, life filtered, and thats only the tip of the iceberg. We have all our business sends to the letter box there and we love their speedy messages to tell us when we have any bundles that have shown up and some other mail you have been sitting tight for. In any case, what we love the most about it is their sweet and learned staff who are consistently there to assist us happily.

There’s this woman that works there and she is so rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I went to go take my photos taken for my passport. She told me I had to show my ears and I cannot smile. I have never heard of having to do this, I have taken my photo before and so have people I know, and those things were never required. The woman keep having to retake my picture cause apparently my ears weren’t showing. She took 15 minutes for 1 photo. I was so mad and she also had an attitude towards me. UPS charged a lot just for two photos, and they turned out bad. I went to retake my pictures at the post office, they were cheaper there, and they told me I could smile and I didn’t need to show my ears. Idk what her name is, but I’m sure it’s the same lady everyone else is talking about. She shouldn’t work there anymore, or anywhere else. period.

This UPS store is full of helpful staff. Everyone who works there are super helpful at figuring out all your shipping needs as well getting things notorized, life scanned, and more. We have all our business mails to the mailbox there and we love their quick emails to let us know when we have any packages that have arrived and any other mail you have been waiting for. But what we love the most about it is their sweet and knowledgeable staff who are always there to help us with a smile.

I like this location because they have a 5:00 PM pickup. Its generally not super crowded

There is a lanky woman with gray hair pulled back into a ponytail who works there, she lacks in manners and customer service. Many people complain and yet she is still there, she must own the place because that is the only way this crude older woman is still working at this establishment. Other than that theyre a great little post office. Every other lady who works there is great! They just need to retrain the older woman whom they keep recieving complaints about and its 5 stars from me.

I am literally standing outside almost 30 minutes now! They say open 830, maps says open, but you are not OPEN. You have a line now of angry customers, I am first in line. Bad UPS experience. Sad this was my first bad experience out of how many times I have dropped off packages. It is currently 9 AM!!!!!!

Typically I have no issues at this store, but the woman working this morning was difficult for no apparent reason. First, I printed the label Amazon provided and she wanted to charge me because it ‘didnt Fit their envelope’. The fact that it didn’t fit their envelope has nothing to do with me following the instructions and printing it out as instructed in the return process. Then, she wanted to state ‘we are not Amazon and people want to get mad at us.’ This is a contracted company for Amazon services, so yes you do work alongside with Amazon as they can terminate your contract. This woman should not be representing The UPS Store interacting with the public and should be reprimanded for her behavior as a customer service representative.

Took my package and wrapped it so it was ready by the time I was through the line.

During my transition from out-of-state, this UPS Store has been very convenient for quick access to document transfers across country, & notary service with respect to these documents. They can sign for any packges, provide email notifications, & tracking. This particular store is great because everyone is friendly and helpful, explaining the many different options available that suits my needs at the best cost-to-value trade-off, and often go above and beyond with follow-ups. They dont mind any number of questions I have and services I need to figure out. They always surprise me with their offerings and capabilities given the modest size of the store. I think that is possible because everyone is diligent and attentive. I highly recommend this particular UPS store.

Just had a great experience getting a document notarized. In and out in maybe 10 minutes, but only because there was someone ahead of me.Was greeted by the cashier even as she was working with someone else already, and she made sure the notary knew I was next in line.

Took a key first oil change sample package for a rebuilt transmission to this store, mailed it to Blackstone Labs via first class mail. Unfortunately the packaged has disappeared, no way to track, no way to even prove the package was handed off to the USPS, not good. Its basically my fault, I should have just taken it to the Post Office, and cut out the middleman.YAAAAAAYYY my sample arrived at the Lab for testing, Turns out the USPS snail mail is alive and well. Im raising my rating to Five Stars. Thank You Lake Forest UPS Store.

I always get great service here. Yes, around Christmas time they are very busy but they always try to help you even if that means sending you someplace else. One girl has been there a very long time, she seems to always be there. They will try to help you as if you are a friend, not just a customer.

Great local ups kiosk shop. Staff is very friendly. I had a fedex package and the associate brought the package to a FedEx drop off for me, voluntarily.

I have used this place before and its pretty good theyre definitely professional and know what theyre doing the only downside is the parkings pretty bad over here most of the time so you might have to walk to get to the front door otherwise its good.
