On 6/16/2021 needed transportation after dropping my VW off at Norm Reeves in Irvine for service. Thankfully, the Advisor Raul offered me a loaner and called Enterprise. They have a contract with Enterprise and picked me up in 20 minutes and after going back to their office I dropped off the staff member and after providing all my information was back on the road with my clean rental. Great customer service from beginning to end. They worked extra hard to make sure I was given priority. Would definitely recommend!
When making a reservation, this location told me they can pick me up at my location 4 miles away. I called when I got to my location and then they told me I was out of their pickup range! I was so upset because they lied to me and I was 4 hours late to work having to deal with Enterprise. Another Enterprise location nearby had a car available but it died about 5 miles after I drove it off the lot!I expect to be reimbursed for work time lost which costed me a lot more than the rental! I will update this review if Enterprise reaches out to me with a resolution.
Even though it was arranged through the dealership, their customer service is top-notch. Im from out-of-town, and my card had trouble working. Nick stayed later than closing time to make sure everything got fixed and I was able to get a car, otherwise I would have been up-a-creek, if you know what I mean. Thanks Nick, and Enterprise for an excellent rental experience.

A young associate was really trying to get me to buy the addition coverage for like $21/day, on top of the $44/day crossover SUV. thanks, but no thanks. 4 stars for the nice associate who followed up to make sure my experience was good.
I have rented at Enterprise, through Costco travel many times. This most recent rental was from the facility in Lake forest, Ca.. on Rockfield Blvd. The employees there could not be more polite and accommodating. The transaction went quickly and smoothly and the price for the rental was very fair. I would like to thank them for making this rental a pleasurable experience. Not all rental places are like this. This one must have good management. 👍👍

I’ve rented from this location before & the customer service is really good! The girl who helped me( forgot her name) forgive me was so sweet & professional. I’ve rented from other locations & something always happens where they try to charge you more . I’ve never had that happen here
I rent from this location frequently. This rental was for a big trip (nearly 4,000 miles in a week). The pick up was smooth and hassle free. We rented a 2020 Ford Edge. Car was comfortable and met our needs, except on the second day of our trip, the radio and navigation system would randomly disconnect and shut off leaving us with nothing. After turning the car off and waiting, it would usually reconnect. This made for a lot of frustration over the remainder of our trip since we were in unfamiliar territory. When returning the car I let the associate know and he brushed it off without any concern or mention...I sure hope they didn’t just rent the car to the next person without having the issue addressed. This was not our best Enterprise experience.

Usually have a great experience with Enterprise but this time wasn’t so great. Placed a reservation online to a location close to the repair shop, figured it was a short walk but got there and the location was closed. It was consolidated to a location too far to walk on my lunch break. Called the other location they picked us up no problem. Had a free upgrade, but they were so busy they rushed us through the rental of what we picked up in. The lady who picked us up left us in the car to get the handheld to get us processed but we were locked in because of the child safety and it was pretty warm with the windows up. No fob to unlock the doors, just keys. Asked if I returned the rental early if I would get prorated, answer was yes. Don’t particularly care that the rental is for every 24hrs, we had it for 1 day 6 hrs but got charged for 2 days. Guy said we could return it the next day and pay the same, small print sucks. Would have been nice to get notified the location I rented from was closed so I could have made arrangements since this was on my lunch break.
Service was great except for the car was filled only at 1/4 tank of gas and the original car had a chip in the windshield so he offered another car to choose from.
Original check out was 2.5 stars, experience was disappointing. They didnt have the vehicles available that were in my class, offered the upgrade for no additional cost to a land rover base model, the seats were crank style with NO lumbar support and only blue tooth, no u connect. After driving just 3 miles I was in pain from the seat! The staff was friendly and polite as usual, however, for some reason I was there 30 minutes filling out references and other info, this is only of note since I have been a member for almost 7 years and havent had to do any verification since I moved to CA 5 years ago. We loaded up the car and started off, made it only another 2 miles when my husband said to call and see about trading in for an alternate vehicle because he was so uncomfortable too.The upgrade to 4 stars is because they immediately gave us a Jeep compass and had our paperwork done in less than 5 min from arrival!
True to their word They picked me up so I could get my rental car. They also dropped me off after my rental needs were completed. How easy and convenient that made things. Service was fairly quick (though they were busy). Everone I came in contact there was super kind and super attentive. One star off because their rates are the highest in the industry in this area. Mine was covered by insurance so I splurged on the conveniences.
I have enjoyed renting from this location. But something I was pretty upset about was the vehicle I last rented came with cruise control but they rented it out to me busted so for the entire 12 hour drive I was not able to use it. I paid the extra money to make sure I had cruise control. Then when I talked to an associate there. They basically said oh well. If I knew they cared so little I wouldn’t have rented here.
Usually I have a good experiences with Enterprise but this time wasnt so great I placed a reservation for small car they have a compact car really compact for4 people so they show me a Toyota Corolla small but bigger than the other one that cost me$5 more for day for 3 days Whit road assistance I paid More than $158. THE same day, mission Viejo Enterprise My friend rent one ford SUV 5 passengers with road assistance 3 days for only $159.95 Bigger car almost same price so I call to asked if mission Viejo and lake Forest have different prices, I tried to explain to the guy who was in the phone but it was not heard well in the way he answered

Great service, super engaged and helpful staff, best prices locally (looked at xpedia just to do a final comparison) and have considerate covid precautions. They can get busy in the mornings due to the local garages but i got lucky and never had to wait the last 3 times i visited. Cars in great condition, no pressure add-on sales, theyll recommend the most economical option if you tell them your needs. (i had to do two rentals one bus/one pleasure and they recommended the weekly rate to save some $. Ive come here for a long timdand Ill be using them for the years to come.
I often rent thru Enterprise. sometimes the cars are not properly washed before delivery but that is mainly the fault of people who rent and treat the cars as trash.Regardless, this very last experience was very good from all standpoints. Very professional staff.

Enterprise staff is always great! The staff at the Rockfield location, however, is exceptional! They are always upbeat, smiling and ready to help! They greet everyone as they walk through the door and quickly and efficiently process pick-ups and returns without ever making me feel like I’m being rushed.My only complaint with this location is they never fill the gas tanks of their vehicles. Every car I have ever picked up from this location has been anywhere from 3/4 full to 1/4 full. It is very inconvenient to start off a rental by having to stop at the gas station. Moreover, it’s easy to fill a tank back to full before dropping it off but it’s very hard to fill it back to a quarter tank or half tank without knowing the size of the tank and/or calculating how much gas to put in. As a result, I often overfill the tank. My guess is many people either do the same or pay the Enterprise rate for the missing gas. This seems like a win-win for Enterprise but an inconvenience to the customer.If they would correct this one thing, I’d rate them 5 stars.

Friendly service, great car. Enterprise dealt with the insurance company directly throughout the extension of the rental period while my car was being fixed. It was a no hassle situation for me.
If you are looking for some transition ins rental vehicle check out the team enterprise in Lake Forest off Rockfield. These guys get you in and out quickly with the vehicle of your choice. Ashley was fantastic not just with me with everyone around at the time. She greeted everyone who walked in the door, called people by name and went the extra mile with every single person. I was here from a delearship rental. Though the coverage for the rental was for a full size car, she gave me a f150 pick up truck for no extra charge! Great great attitude and customer service! Highly recommend using them as the neighborhood car rental company! And of course I think you should ask for Ashley or George who is a fantastic Manager.

I had to get a car after getting in an accident. The car was comparable to my own car which was great. The car was not very clean but it did the job. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because when I turned in the car and got a ride back to the auto body shop, the rep driving me asked if I had heard the good news. I thought maybe there was something on the actual news I missed since I was at work. When I said No, what news? he responded with How Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior died for your sins. I was shocked! Didnt know what to say so I just said cool. I spoke with a manager and shared my concern.
I had a great experience with the people here. I rented a vehicle for 7 days and was completely satisfied. The staff (George, Alex and Mona( I believe that was his name, I apologize if I got it wrong)) were extremely courteous and understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with what I was driving. They genuinely care about their customers. I would definitely recommend coming here for any of your car rental needs even if you have to go out of your way.

Excellent experience, the entire staff were friendly and courteous on my pick up and return. They were very quick at taking to and from the dealership. Even though I was not concerned with having a spotless car the rep still took the time to clean the interior and exterior windows before I left. Since I had just had knee surgery I was especially thankful for the front door service and the help loading and unloading my bags.

They did not have the size car available that I originally rented, so they put me in a brand new (60 mile) F-150. I really felt as though they wanted my experience to be the best rental car experience it could be. And it was! Everyone at this location (Lake Forest) was polite and professional. Which come to think about it, every time I rent at any Enterprise location, its that way. In my opinion, they are by far the best rental car company out there, not even close.
The staff was very courteous and professional. They gave me a call and explained that the vehicle I requested had a mechanical problem and they went out their way to get the vehicle I needed, brand new car too. When it was time to return it, I called them and explained that wouldnt make it to their office on time due to the traffic condition. They explained that I would be able to drop it off at the airport with no extra charge. That was very helpful and I very much appreciated, it was less stress on me.The staff at the office are a great team, they focus on the customers needs more than anything else.Great Job!!!
I came in yesterday to pick up a midsize, and was lucky to be upgraded to a truck! I really appreciated the great service Ashley gave me there. She was very accommodating, and had a positive attitude, charisma, and great customer service! This location has an F rating with the better business bureau and many negative reviews on their site that will give you an idea of how poorly this location treats it clientele.As a loyal client of Enterprise since I was 18-years-old words can not express how disappointed I am with the treatment I have received from this location. Do not leave your vehicle there no matter what they tell you their arrangement with the bowling alley is. As a direct result of this location encouraging me to leave my vehicle on their designated area that they have an arrangement with the bowling alley with my car was towed on December 6th. I did not find out until I went to submit a payment for my BMW 535I luxury sedan that it had been towed from the space they specifically told me to park my vehicle at and that due to it having been in tow my financing company has escalated this to their legal department. Neither my husband nor myself were told anything when we called in weekly to renew the rental other than the car is ok and allowed to be where it was parked. Since discovering the car was towed we have actively been trying to resolve the issue with this location. The regional manager has been either on vacation or meetings all day and we have not been contacted with our first attempt to establish a connection with someone who can resolve the issue starting on December 31st and today is the 10th with no call back.The branch manager, Thomas, has been unprofessional and unethical throughout the entire rental process so it comes as no shock that he has been no help with this situation. His offenses include an aggressive return call back to me when I requested he call me back regarding miscellaneous charges going through my account a few days before Christmas without contacting me first. Placing more charges through once I called him and stated I did not want any other charges clearing my account until speaking with the regional manager Steve. Culminating in being incredibly hostile while my husband and myself have sought help to resolve the issue with my car being towed as a direct result of his location misrepresenting where my vehicle could stay parked.We have been actively seeking the regional manager, Steve, or any other who can help us with the situation since December 31st with not a single call back. This includes me being informed by a manager at a separate location who knows him and has his cell number that he would call my husband or myself back within the hour. That was yesterday at noon and still no return call. And, to my shock, Steve who assured me no other charges would go through my account without speaking with me first due to the issues on Christmas week went back in his guarantee to me and placed more charges through my account yesterday without contacting me first. How audacious considering I have been trying to reach him since the 31st?My goal was to prevent this from escalating in to a legal matter and public matter; however, I am now confident that others should be warned to stay away from this location.As a side note when I first picked up my car from this location they were very rude when I called to let them know I would be late by 3 minutes to pick the car up by there closing time at 6:00 PM. When I arrived I met Steve and he upgraded my vehicle to make up for the experience and assured me I would have no further issues with his location. It us unfortunate I did not trust my initial experience with this location and go to another.This review will be updated with the final outcome once a return call is received. Instead of going to work today I now have to take the day off to pick which attorney will be overseeing my case. Unbelievable considering I just wanted a call back and to work out an amicable solution with this location due to their misrepresenting where my vehicle could stay for the extent of my rental.

I will have a talk with AAA to go to another car Rental....i dont want to deal with these enterprise anymore. We are expecting to drive this rental for 3 more weeks. ....little over an hour to get in another car !

The easiest place to rent a car. The staff is helpful and gets you in and out fast. I think they have approximately 700 cars in their fleet so they can get you anything you need. The managers are always available to you and are eager to make sure you have everything you need and more.
Loved this place beside how long I waited but the lady (I forgot her name) helped me out and I was set. The 2017 Toyota that I used for the week I rented for was awesome. Customer service is on point they are very friendly. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in and let you know they will be right with you.
Every Enterprise office I have done business with over the years has always been efficient, friendly and fair, this location included. They often upgrade me for no charge if my class of car is not available when I arrive at the time of my reservation appointment; other rental companies in the past have expected me to wait until my class of car shows up (but when?). The 3 day Weekend Special is AWESOME! Enterprise gets 11 out of 10 in my book.
This location doesnt have any cars we drove there 30 mins guy at the door didnt try to help us at all! Literally try to get rid of us because our insurance was paying for the car.
Very professional and courteous! LOVED the BMW 423i I got! SO fun to drive!Note: When inspecting the car for dings and scratches (before renting), make sure you can see ALL parts of the car clearly (in the sun). And take pics. The trunk was in the shade. When I returned it, the trunk was in the sun and I noticed a scratch that I hadnt seen previously. And they had no record of it previously. LUCKILY they told me it could be buffed out and didnt charge me. Phew! But I still dont know if that happened on my watch or not.Really great to work with!
The reservation did not work well, the location to pick up the car was closed down and I was directed to another location. IF the location to pick up the vehicle is closed, there should not be the option to rent from there on line. Other than that everything went well.

One car have dog hair all over. Customer service friendly, we feel very comfortable, we receive bill after month, the charge the never discuss
Overall good experience. Friendly staff, but expect to wait since they do get quite busy. At first they didnt have the car I ordered, so they upgraded me (which was nice, but not necessary). This meant I had to wait a bit longer. After 45 minutes I was finally able to drive off the lot.
I hired a car from enterprise lake forest California and called the location several times to inquire about a credit card payment I left three messages but no one called me back. I was promised a return call and left instructions on how to call internationally. Alas radio silence. I am very dissatisfied particularly after being a loyal customer for 15 yearsPerhaps this review will prompt a return cal or even an email acknowledging my issue.

I hurried in to this office to rent a car on the spur of the moment; my father, who lives in AZ, had a massive heart attach and I needed to leave immediately. Enterprise provided a couple of vehicle options, and I was quickly on my way. The compassionate, professional and expeditious personnel, made my extremely stressful morning a lot easier. The customer service is empecable! I keep going back to this location, not only because it is close, but because of their people.

People in office very friendly. The car was not at their location so they drove me several miles south to pick up the car.. I had asked for a small/intermediate SUV and the car I was given was a Nissan Rogue, not what I would call an small SUV. Further, and this is not the first time this has happened to me, there was very little gasoline in the tank! So not only did I have to drive an extra 10 miles, but I had to fill the tank up too. Otherwise, working with Enterprise is quite easy.
They were awesome! Gave me a camaro convertible for the month they repaired my car. We had a tiny issue with the protection plan, and they bent over backwards to make sure I walked away feeling incredibly well taken care of! Thanks again guys for all your help and for making it so easy, you guys are for sure my rental company from now on.

I had ordered a pickup truck for moving some of my possession that I had stored at a friend’s location. The truck had a mechanical problem that we discovered upon my arrival. They didn’t have another truck in stock but they did have a very large suv which would work. Their agent George Michaels let me have the suv for the same price as the rental truck. They went out of their way to help me get on the road immediately so that get my move done. I really appreciate their customer service.
We were not satisfied at all. We had reserved a 8 seater SUV the day before and when we got there, they told us they accidentally gave away our rental. They tried giving us a 5 seater SUV. This was the Enterprise in Anaheim off of Harbor Blvd. Since they accidentally gave away our rental, they had us drive all the way to Lake Forest to get an 8 seater SUV. However, the gentleman at the Lake Forest was kind enough to give us a 10% discount.
Took my car in earlier then expected. After some mis-commuication early on, the assistant manager Matt C. took care of my unusual situation. He was understanding and accommodating. He runs a professional team in the office. I also got a ride back to my residence, which is always nice to have. Thanks!

Im car rental in (Rockfield Blvd) Lake Forest CA. I always rent a car here, but I think the service is getting worse. Although I have a fully car insurance, I think they don’t check carefully for collisions. not feel good experience for this time.
The customer service experience was impeccable. Both Kelli Cox and Jennifer Schaller were very professional and extremely helpful in delivering optimum customer service. I rented a 2016 Ford Expedition. The vehicle overall was very nice with a lot of great driver/passenger features. However, I would like to comment on one very critical and dangerous feature. The backup camera leaves very much to be desired. At night, it has no rear visual illumination, thus, when backing (particularly at night) a driver is very venerable to an accident because of poor screen visibility. I even visited a Ford dealership in Tolleson, AZ to determine if there was something which I may have overlooked or failed to adjust, all to no avail. In fact, the dealer service representative advised that such was one of their greatest complaints about that vehicle. Because of this dangerous feature, I would never purchase this vehicle, nor will I ever again accept it as a rental. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant experience.John R.

I needed a car for about 6 hours while mine was getting worked on down the street. I was told that because I was paying with a debit card instead of a credit card, for a $30 car rental Enterprise would require a $300 deposit, pay stubs or bank statements, and a utility bill. It was as if because I dont have a credit card, Im some kind of poor car thief because when I asked why all of these things were needed they told me to ensure that I didnt take the car. You would think my CA drivers license and debit card number on file would be enough to prevent theft... guess not. I have never felt so degraded by a company, dont recommend using them unless you have an American Express, your money wont be good enough.

I have rented from the other lake forest location as well as the location in Foothill Ranch. This location has a huge inventory and the staff is excellent! You will not be disappointed from renting from this location!

It seems like anytime I came to this place the wait time is ridiculous. This particular time was no different. I was there for a half an hour before I was finally shown a vehicle, only for it to be a vehicle type that I didnt ask for. If I reserve a reservation for a small economy car, what would make you think Id want a mini van? I was told there were no other cars available so I would have to wait for a car; which I didnt have time to do so I just got a refund. This location is poorly organized, and I probably wont be returning.
Hate to give such a bad review but this place is a zoo. Folks working there do their best but always seem bit overwhelmed. Maybe need new location or second nearby location. I suggest you avoid this location if you can.
A very friendly and efficient staff, even when the lobby was crazy busy with customers. They were also nice and accomodated two different customers who were, to be polite, very difficult. Kelly would go up and down the bank of rental associates and quickly resolve any questions or over-rides. She really kept things moving. Mr. Vallercamp was also able to juggle three different clients at once and they all left happy. Whoever manages this office has a real good team.

Have used Enterprise exclusively for years now no matter where the rental location is. Have always had professional and courteous service. Even purchased my current car thru Enterprise Car Sales. Fantastic experience!
Called to arrange for pick-up 24+ hrs in advance as requested on the reservation.Was told to call back the next day 30 min before pickup time.Called and was on hold for 15 min. Then dropped.Called back. Same deal. Dropped.Called again and was on hold for another 20 min. I gave up.Had to take Uber to the rental place, after the 45 min wait.Guy at the counter said hed credit the uber bill. I showed him the receipt. Guy wrote the amount down on his clipboard.Returned the rental car 4 days later, and asked for a confirmation of the uber credit. No one had any records of it?!?Terrible experience, especially when they lied to you w a smile on their faces!!!
I had a very good experience with them. People in the office were nice and professional. Car was ready and clean when I arrived. Their pick-up service was particularly helpful.
