Pulled in today with 3 cars in the bay and 2 waiting behind so I was guided in the 1st bay. As the car in front of me was done I was told that its a first come first serve location so I had to move my car. I get it but when your facility has a small lot and a busy starbucks next door you should coordinate things better. I wont be coming back because its an accident waiting to happen. I have used this location before and has done a great job but theres plenty of other locations with great service also.

The employees were very knowledgeable and great customer service. I had a oil change, fuel filter and air filter replaced in about 15 minutes. Great job Valvoline of lake Elsinore. I recommend these guys for your next vehicle service.

Incredible speedy service and extremely helpful staff.It takes longer to try and get into a bay due to excessive Starbucks Drive Thru traffic. Allocate time for 20-40 minute wait in the parking lot as Caffeine has priority in this shopping center over vehilce maintenance. Im sure the shopping center loved the big paycheck selling the property to the Starbucks franchise, its definitely made for difficulties in navigating in and out of the Valvoline location.Valvoline should have parking lot traffic flow corrected... Move the dumpsters behind the Starbucks so customers can drive in for services

Great service for our first time coming to Valvoline Instant Oil Change everything went amazing they show you whats wrong or whats need to be checked right then and there everything is done where you can see what they take out or put in the car. I would gladly recommend friends and family to come here for a oil change.

Came in needing an oil change and they checked everything, they even disabled my-key for us and helped us out totally thouroughly and they were SO kind the whole time!!! So so wonderful service and wonderful people!!!! They also liked my dog and that was really nice. In conclusion, super quick! Not too expensive!! Totally recommended!!!

They said my transmission was leaking heavily. - Wich, was the first time I ever heard that. I asked if they could check my transmission fluid, he said we dont know how to do that. LOL. Clowns. of course I checked my transmission levels afterwards, and my levels are fine. I think these guys know how to change oil, but she didnt give any information or recommendations beyond that.

I kept on getting their advertising in mail, finally stopped in this morning for an oil change. They were out of stock in oil filters for my car. What a waste of trip. No appointment necessary DOES NOT mean your car will get serviced. Appointments have their advantages.

Staff is absolutely amazing after my oil change I went to get a smog at Lake Auto & Smog in Lake Elsinore and I have never had my engine light on in my car, therefore, the smog passed and Ignacio the shop owner went inside the office to get me and told my car was good to go after the smog and when I turn on my car my engine light was on so I told Ignacio that it was on and he told me he didn’t do anything but he could charge me for a diagnosis and then charge me for the repair!!!! I called Valvoline and Jimmy asked me to take the car in and he showed me what hoses were unplugged to cause my engine light to come on and although they had nothing to do with my engine light being on they took care of my problem at No Extra Charge they are amazing and yes I will always go to them and I will always recommend Valvoline to everyone I know I am one happy customer!!!!

I literally pay about $10 more here at Valvoline than I would any where else just because of the service. The employees here are not only better then the employees at other Valvoline locations but in comparison to just the auto repair shops overall, theyre amazing. Polite and dont make me feel like Im getting ripped off. Thank you

Quick and professional.

Got my tire rotated here and after few weeks got a problem with my tire hub etc, went to another shop when i noticed the problem and they saw lugs were cross threaded and not torqued down. And wheel got damaged from lug nuts not being torqued properly. I have no problems with my car at all before i got my tire rotated with them and thiss happened after that rotation..

Quick and affordable service, they topped off all my fluids too, what more do you want with a oil change.

The service was outstanding, Mathew was very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. Damien was also very nice and kept updating me on what was going on with my vehicle. Everyone there is very friendly, I would definitely recommend this place, wish I could have gotten everyones name.

I took my car there 06/21/2020 service was pretty good, but they left the protective plate underneath the engine loose and now Im missing 2 screws causing a rattling noise when driving my car in the freeway. The rattling noise is due to the protective plate being aluminum and hits the metal parts of the engine while driving.

Ive been coming here a few times now and theyve been extremely friendly, your in the car while they change the oil which is about 20-25 minutes, discounts are also available online, not pushy, and competent.

They are great, honest, quick, & check all fluids.

I will have to say, that was the quickest oil change I have ever gotten. I came in during my lunch hour thinking it might take a bit, so I was pleasantly surprised. The people there, especially Austin, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly even as I asked to leave my car with them to grab a quick bite to eat. As soon as I came back, they were already finished. I would definitely come back.

I liked that they greet you with smiling faces which makes one feel that they appreciate your business. Both employees were very courteous and professional. Guide you through everything that was being done and explained it thoroughly. I will definitely recommend Valvoline to my family members and friends. I wish they were able to do a tune-up but maybe in the future when they expand their business. Prices are very reasonable.

Id rather change my own oil than pay the ridiculous prices they charge here! Rip off!!!

I am very disappointed with vavoline at Lake Elsinore.I took my car in for a oil change the last 3 times. They did not have the air filter for my car. The girl said theyre on order, that was the first time. The 2nd and 3rd time the same. I went to my dealer to buy an air filter. I brought my car back to get an oil change. Same thing happened. They didnt have the air filter. I told her that I got one, she said its going to cost me $95.00 for them to install it. I told her that she open the air filter to check it and then found out that they didnt have any in stock.and when I told her no on the$ 95.00. She put the old one back. She said its company policy. I told her she just lost not only one customer but many more. I have lots of friends that take their cars to valvoline and they will know how bad you guys operate. This is going viral.

My wife took her car here for her last oil change. Im an automotive technician so I decided to do the oil change this time myself since Ive had bad experiences with shops doing them in the past and I had time. Well, I go to remove the drain plug and it doesnt move. I had to use all my strength, my body weight, and leverage to pry it loose. As soon as I got it loose, it came right off. I take the plug out to look at it and there is RED PERMANENT LOCTITE on it. Just enough to keep your average DIY mechanic from being able to break it loose but little enough to make it possible for a shop with a good impact to get it off without heat. This was done to force my wife to come back and have them do the oil change for her. It looks like the name on the oil filter is Joss Nook or something like that (the hand writing is sloppy so I cannot be sure). This is unethical behavior and I will be reporting this to BAR. Red permanent loctite should NEVER be used on a drain plug. NEVER! Do not go here. Do not trust this place. This shop needs to be shut down. Unethical behavior like this should never be tolerated.

Every time I go to this specific Valvoline I am never disappointed. Each worker gives amazing customer service; however, I’ll like to point out TJ. Not only is TJ hilarious, but he will make you feel so secure about your car. I highly recommend this place to get your next oil change!

Wow is all I can say. They broke a piece of plastic next to my oil filter which punctured my radiator and now I’m looking at $600 to repair. This is insane for someone who spends $100+ every oil change. Don’t take your vehicles here. I took my Honda here before as well and they allowed me to drive off with metal guards hanging from the car scraping the ground. They didn’t even bother to mention it.

They need to take the 15 minute oil change sign down. I was here an hour in the bay. Ridiculous.

Great job and team work between Jenne, Guillermo and Jason. They’re very detailed, courteous and quick. They did oil change and inspected the vehicle thouroughly and was amazed with Jenne doing the tire rotation. She did it so fast and made it look easy and light and my tires are oversized tires and not that light. Thumbs up with these young crews.👍

They were busy and told me my oil pan was leaking and the drain plug was stripped and could not do an oil change. Told me to go to a professional lol, thought you were a professional oil change place. Went to my normal mechanic and he put it up on the lift and showed me there was no problem. There was a tiny drip from the right corner of pan, not two drops just one, the drain plug was in perfect condition, not even any sign of cross stripping. Only came here because I moved away and archers automotive is an HR away. Also to add insult to injury Valvoline wanted $115 for an oil change, archers automotive in Whittier only $70 and I can see everything beforehand and not take some armature kids telling me b.s.

Ive had my oil changed twice there this year. Both times they told me I had a brake light out. Both times I checked it myself when I got home and my brake lights, in fact all lights, were fine. I suppose there is a possibility of a coincidental intermittent malfunction, but twice? I think they lied to me to sell me an overpriced bulb and service. I wont be going back there.
