I really like this particular location. The staff is so polite, and the front desk guy is really funny, and took the time to not only answer all my questions but gave me pricing options on the things I needed. They didn’t try to over sale me and I had already knew what I needed but didn’t tell them on purpose they ended up telling me all the exact things I needed. Very trustworthy staff.

Called ahead on Saturday to make sure they had the proper filter for my vehicle. I brought it in and they did the work pretty quick. The person didnt understand how to check the oil level on the cars computer. I explained to him the vehicle needs to be running for a few minutes and it will show the level. I drove it home and parked it for a couple days and found a puddle of oil underneath. I brought it back to them and they said they would take a look. Finished in about 10 minutes and told me the drain plug gasket/washer was cracked and they replaced it........NO APOLOGIES for the oil mess or oversight on the cracked gasket on the plug. $160 oil change - wasted time - oil slick to clean up! No, I dont recommend taking your vehicle here. Its not a complicated process....but maybe for some it is!

Wasn’t able to even get my oil changed here because of the teams inability to communicate and follow up with ordering the correct oil filter for my Ford F-350 truck (really common vehicle). I visited this location over the weekend and was told they’d be able to complete an oil change no problem. After going into the lobby and waiting for 20mins, the tech came inside and informed me they do not carry the oil filter and it would have to be ordered - which is totally fine. He said they would order it and it would come in the following day at 9:00am (Monday), they would call me once it comes in, and that I could return to have my truck serviced. After not receiving a call at 9, I contacted the store and the individual I spoke with said the order hadn’t come in, took down my information again, and said he’d call me once it arrives. I have yet to receive a call which makes me think they could care less for my business. Having said that, I will take my truck elsewhere and give my $150 to a business that cares about their customers.

Jiffy Lube was very quick. They didn’t try to upscale other things that may be wrong or should get fixed, otherwise lies, like other places do just to get money out of me. I will be going back.

I walked in and waited for 5 minutes behind a customer. Tony looks at me and w/ an attitude tells me that I might as well sit down as its going to be a long time. Its 45 minutes before close and apparently hes done. Does not talk to me again and I just walked out after another 6 minutes of being ignored. I heard him talking to another customer and he was explaining how he did not know how to read sensors. Why would you take your vehicle here?

This establishment is so honest! Even when my car is saying get an oil change they will tell me if I actually need one or not. They said I didnt yesterday but topped me off free of charge anyway.

Ive had a hard time finding a place to do the transmission oil change on my 2015 jeep patriot but Jiffy Lube was able to GET IT DONE.Jason was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. He explained what type of oil change will be needed and gave some details about the process. And all with a smile 😊I will absolutely be going back to Jiffy Lube again.

Tony helped me and got me back on track with the mantainence of my car. He didnt push me into buying anything that wasnt needed for my car and did a very thorough inspection of my car and also super fast getting me in and back on the road within an hour. Way faster than other places I have gone to. This is my second time back and my experience here is great! I would recommend this place to other women as well since its hard to find a place you can trust without being ripped off.

There was a line when I arrived but they worked through it fairly quickly. I was leaving on a business trip so needed an oil change, however, the price was actually higher than a dealers.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! These dudes were fast! Didnt try to upsell and just informed me of services I should have. I never felt pressured. Nice change! Will definitely be back.

Like any other place, beware of being scammed. Been here a few times before and my last visit the other day, I was told I needed more work when I really didn’t. Didn’t realize until too late I was paying way more than I should have. ONLY get what you KNOW you need done, and have your car checked out somewhere else if they recommend any more services. Shelled out an extra $200 for trusting them

Had to have my transmission fluid swapped out and came to Jiffy Lube. Jay and the rest of his team did a great job at a great price and hooked me up with info on other things I can do to extend the life of my truck. Highly recommend coming here for all of there services! What was especially nice was their ability to answer any and all questions about my truck.

I have been going to this shop for over 18 years, 5 cars have been serviced there during this time. Overall I feel the service is very good and timely. I dont feel they try to over sale but their prices are on the higher side. They often forget one or more item in the Signature Service but correct it quickly if you catch it before you leave. Discounts are available.

I just moved to Lake Elsinore from San Diego. I have been to several Jiffy Lube locations. The Lake Elsinore store is hands down the best Ive ever been to. The place was immaculately clean. The customer service was second to none. The coffee was fresh and the service was turbo fast. I went in for an oil change and they noticed moisture in my power steering. I hadnt noticed any decrease in steering (probably because it was very gradual.) After they replaced it... the steering was so much smoother... night and day. Im glad they looked at it. I went in at 8:30 am Monday morning, April 15th 2019. I hope the corporate office reads this and lets Lake Elsinore know what a great job they are doing. I WILL be a returning customer.

I was going to get an oil change but found out i was short on cash. I stopped the guys before any work was done. Problem is that they loosened my oil filter and now there is oil everywhere I go! I cant even drive to work because im almost out of oil. will never go back. how do you mess up such a simple task?

Fix your hours!! I drove all the way here because it says you’re open until 6pm. I came at 5 and everything was locked up and the hours on the door say 5! That’s just super careless and bad business . I’m actually a regular customer of yours so that sucks :/ . It takes less than 30 seconds to put in your business hours on google

Not sure about anyone elses experience but I have to get an oil change once a month so I deal with these places all the time.... this is probably my favorite group of staff I like to deal with.

Staff was friendly, I didnt have to wait very long, but I will say theyre on the pricier side of oil changes. I am happy with the service i received, but if you shop around you can find a better price, if thats more important :)

I have not one thing to say negatively about this location except that Robert transferred. He was a great employee but Zack is still there and remembers my mom and I every time we come in with an issue. And definitely takes care of us in a timely manor. Never have a complaint or issue with there honest work! Thanks guys!

Horrible service and Im sure the manager was high as a kite. Not only did he start off the service in a rude manner, but tried to charge me $93 for an oil change by itself. He literally got into an talk off with me regarding what I paid last time and I told as proven on my receipt, I had more than on service completed. I will never never return to that place.

Ive been to many jiffy lube locations for years on all my cars from laverne to chino hills. This location is one of the slowest, inexperienced crew I had the so far... with 3 bays, one empty, and only 2 cars on the rack I have to wait 1 hrs! Seriously guys. Get with it.

The service is regular, there are some employees who are not very friendly, only one is attentive, and suddenly they do not have the filters they occupy, it remains to bring them and then they leave that there are none, little stock.
