Customer service, doesn’t even deserve a star! Went to this store yesterday, because Murrieta is always busy and they actually recommended this store for “faster service”. There’s clearly a reason why there’s no lines there because as soon as you get in the door they’re are quick to get you out and by that I mean, not try to help you at all.So I went there to get my phone traded in and one of the workers approached me while I’m trying to sign in and asked what I needed, so I told her I’m trying to upgrade my phone, she quickly said “we won’t take your phone because it’s broken” well it’s cracked but it’s functioning, the website clearly said “if it’s functioning properly it may be eligible for upgrade”. She didn’t even try to see if my phone was working, she just made a judgement by looking at it and says no we’re not taking it. I was furious because I wasted my time driving there to get that kind of service, I didn’t even finish signing in and I’m already out the door. Yeah, I don’t recommend this store at all, based on my own experience. Good luck I hope it’s better for everyone else.

Inez at the Lake Elsinore store was extremely RUDE and he very obviously discriminated against elderly women! I went to store on 6/16/21 at 1:45 to return 3 cable boxes. One young lady was in line ahead of me. She said the electronic Sign In pad did not work so she was told to wait and will be next. I tried to Sign in as well and it did not work for me either. So we both waited about 15 minutes. Then a young man name Chris came in sometime after me and he successfully signed in. Inez called out Chris’s name and Chris got up to head for the counter. Lady ahead of me said we waited here for a while first but the sign in did not work for us. Inez came to the electronic sign in to see but when HE tried, the Sign in did not work for him either. He told us I can only help the people who signed in!! Unbelievable! We both said But it did not work for us. So he told Chris Can I let them ahead of you since they were in line? Chris reluctantly said OK. So the lady ahead of me went to the counter and 15-20 minutes later she got finished. I was all ready to go to the counter next but Inez AGAIN ignored me and called Chris who had arrived 15 minutes after me! I told Inez EXCUSE ME but I was next and have waited over a half hour. Inez refused to let me take my turn. He was extremely rude and very obvious he has a thing against elderly women in their 70’’s as he much rather accommodate the young man who arrived later then me. Inez was being spiteful and laughed and made idle chit chat with Chris just to drag out the time and spitefully made me wait even longer! Inez was so disrespectful to me and I am probably the age of his grandmother. Inez should not have a job requiring dealing with the public customer service. I have been with Time Warner and later Spectrum for 22 years, I have never been treated in such a discriminating manner. I hope Lake Elsinore management will read this review how badly Inez treated me and I hope he gets reprimanded. I notice at least 3 other bad reviews were made against Inez by other customers on this website so he obviously has some sort of problem.

Service was EXTREMELY slow. Once I got to the counter the person was very personable and kind. He was apologetic for the wait. That doesnt really help when you have children with you and no choice but to wait.

Extremely RUDE! That’s another reason we were trying to cancel Tv service. We returned all the equipment but they kept saying we had another modem on the way and couldn’t get credit for the cable boxes until it was returned. They took 45 minutes trying to figure out why they wanted to continue changing me for a Router that is FREE.I called the billing number and straighten it out in three minutes. The Store was unprofessional, not trained, and gave us misleading and Information. The billing support rep Ivan was great and apologized several times for what happened in the Spectrum Store.

Go elsewhere these people dont want to do their job. Very unprofessional rude girl employee taking her lunch at the counter and telling people to sign in. I felt disgusted. Poor customer service. The manager very disrespectful as well telling me i can go walk to the ups store after asking why i need to sign in and wait when it was not my fault i had already canceled i didnt need them to physicaly check that i cancelednor did i need a receipt. Literally could have been nicer to say the fastest way is to drop off at the ups store. But i had to wait and sign in to have them tell me that instead of saving me time and moving people along .Spectrum wants your business but with employees like these they will lose lots of people. Gotta thank them for not charging you extra for the wait time.

I have been at the Lake Elsinore branch for over 1 whole hour for absolutely nothing. I came here to start an account with spectrum and we kept turning in circles over and over again. Between giving the same information again and the employee redoing the same steps because she keeps missing a step. I do not remmember ever need to stay this long to start an account and recieve the equipment. I truly regret coming here

Service worked fine for video streaming. One thing, was never able to play COD for some reason. Ping was always too high. Even upgraded to their highest speed. Switched to AT&T and problem solved. And I have my own router, which I kept the same. And just like most cable companies. When my promo year was up, they increased my price significantly. I called and was going to keep the service if they lowered my price. They said no, so I switched. When I called to cancel, all of a sudden they wanted to lower my price. This industry is horrible. Just price your service fairly and be done with it. I probably would have kept you forever, its one less thing to think about.

Inez at this location has terriable customer service, tons of peoplr waiting to be helped, he has no interest to help he busy doing something 12 people on the wait list and he is leisurely walking around putting phones in the the back room and coming back out with a empty tub... must have 25 people in here, with covid. He has no desire the help and get these people out.. Inez is full of himself

They have poor customer service. Waited 10 minutes with two customer service people open. The tone of my customer service rep was rude. I watch another rep step in front of a customer to ensure they made an appointment to came back, he was an elderly man.

3/16/2021. 3:30 pm The worst customer serviceever,2 males 1 female today signed in 7th customer waited 35 minutes no help had a call customer service to report this they are now mailing us our equipment that we needed to exchange. Something needs to be done. I dont want to use direct TV.

If you call to cancel your service that is good till the end of the billing period, then they will cancle it the moment you call. Their miscommunication lead me to have no internet for weeks. If you call back they will only reactivate your account on the 31st of the month. Yet another bad ISP in my opinion.EDIT:Went from one star to three because if you visit them in person they will assist you. DO NOT CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I have a feeling their customer service agents are from TWC and not actual Spectrum employees.

Very slow, long wait. The employee see you then walk into the back and disappear!! I hate having to come here!! I was just dropping off my old equipment and had 1 person ahead of me and still took 20 minutes to hand them my equipment and receive a receipt!! 🤬

Trying to become a customer was a complete disaster. There is absolutely no common sense with these guys. All I tried to do was get their advertised price for tv and internet and they couldn’t deliver. You suck Spectrum. I will never be a customer of yours.

Jackie was awesome, she was able to tolerate my sarcastic husbands humor. She played right along with all of witty comments. Was able to add cable service to our existing internet package. Had a promo for cable and internet for about $115. Thanks Spectrum & Jackie

They are the ONLY option I have where I live. $180.00 per month. Very basic cable. Front room has TV, but the one I use is in my bedroom, there I have 1 TV. I am on a very limited budget. I am waiting to MOVE! Cox cable is in Oceanside, THATS where I wanna be! I am sickened each time I put out 180 a month for VERY BASIC channels!

My wife cancelled our TV service effective Saturday because its just too expensive for us and I went to turn in the receivers. I was told that they had no record of that even though the TV receivers stopped working. Then I was told she had to be the one to turn in the equipment. (Company policy) When I said I wanted to record her refusing the equipment she made an exception. Thank you for that. $190 for TV and internet, too expensive.

Ended up spending 4 + hours on the phone and still had to call back multiple times after that. Not to mention you still had to send a technician out! When i asked for my bill to be lowered or for an additional box free of charge i got only a one time discount of $13.00. Additionally i had to call back to get you to honor that $13.00 credit. I spent one night on the phone from the moment i walked in the door till i went to sleep... I ate dinner on the phone, showered on the phone, put my kid to sleep on the phone, then went to bed worked 12 hours, and when i walked in the next day i had to call you back and spend another hour on the phone... Crediting me for the $1.60 for not having service for 4 or 5 days is a spit in the face! Charter is the only high speed option in my area and they SUCK! FML Charter Gets ZERO 0 Stars, they dont even deserve 1 star!

Look since I grabbed his services not grabbed so well the one who put the internet was very arrogant did his job in a bad way if we were asking for free things the first time he went to install the cable was very rude he did not finish his work leaving us his tool I had to pay again to send another person to install the cable he was very patient and very respectful and I still have problems with my internet almost since they installed it but at the store they are very friendly and professional on Friday they will send someone to aber this bes us BA like the last one that we allude but from ay onwards but I recommend the truth
