I had a broken engine on my truck. They replaced it and had me back on the road in 7 days. Nice!!!!Im going to be a regular, for all my truck maintenance and care.

I spent over 3500 for Eric to replace my engine. 2 years and 5 engines later the warranty he sold me told me they can no longer warranty the engine he sold me and offered me 600 dollars in return. His response to my problem was if you sue me I will sue you for twice as much save your money and use a professional.

Im usually pretty sketchy about going to a new mechanic. Crazy thoughts come to mind. Is he gonna be expensive, is he gonna rip me off, is he gonna take a long time? Etc... Johnson auto repair is the opposite of my negative thoughts. I was treated with respect and was given an honest and fair price on the repair work done to my car. Not to mention the really cool waiting room. Pool table big screen tv. I diffently would recommend Johnson auto repair to any body who needs a 5 star honest mechanic.

Eric charged me about $900 to replace my ac compressor. 3 days later, problem returns. Had it in 3 times before giving up and chalking it up to an expensive lesson. Very unprofessional. I wont be returning to this shop, and would not recommend.

Took my truck at Eric . Eric run his software and been told that main Cayalist converter were clogged Eric call me and I agree paid then Eric call me it said didn’t work then Eric decided ask me to replace Motor and I paid week later truck engine having problems took my truck back shop. And I explained Eric and he took my truck and run software he mentioned that software acting up and I found out that Eric keep ASSUMING and He took to another mechanic shop and they run software and Found was Back Rear End need another Cayalist converter. Why Eric didn’t replaced all in one from main Cayalist converter to rear end Cayalist converter. I got in to heat argument with Eric beacuse he didn’t finish my 2005 Ford F-150 lariat and Eric decided to kick me out of his shop and told me to not to come back . I’m on process Suing Johnson auto repair. I paid Eric labor and engine assembly and exhaust 8,564 bucks . Never Got it done .

My go to place!!Everyone always tells me when they have issues with their car that they “know a guy”. Well Johnson’s Auto is that guy. Always helpful and the communication is great. I live in Murrieta but still take all 3 of my vehicles to them. Can’t recommend them enough.

This place must have selective customers they over charged me for some repairs OK then they tried to charge me for a repair that had a recall, and still had the nerve to tell me it would not be so much if it had a recall ha ha! This why I took my car out of there not a honest shop!

This was my second time I took my truck to them and both times they just charge me an arm and a leg but the problem never fix. I just got my truck back left it yesterday for them to work on . I explain exactly what was going on I even took two gallons of Antifreeze for them to use they didn’t even do that . The truck is the same like they didn’t do nothing to it just gave them my money away never again they suck

Eric (the owner) and Paul are the most honest mechanics that me and my friends go to fix our cars for so many years now. The people who work there are amazing, knowledgeable and fast. He is always being honest of anything about your car... you name it. Diagnostic with no charge even though you dont want to do the work there as your choice, offer you a ride home or take you to your work place if needed or pick up and drop off your car to get it fix while youre at work or give you a loan car if any available. What kind of mechanics place does that? No one but him, I guarantee 😊. The price is insanely beyond reasonable, sometimes he didnt even charged. He always makes his customers so welcome. Im so thankful that I found these honest people. I wont go anywhere else to take care of my cars. I highly recommend this place to everybody. Thank you kindly for being super amazing 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗.

Eric always wants to help the customer out great customer service. Open up on time got my car right in very trustworthy and professional. Started coming to Jonhsons Auto a year ago and I am still thankful for this shop.

As a woman, one is typically taken advantage of with regard to auto repairs. I went to Johnsons auto service expecting to also be taking advantage of however I was pleasantly surprised Of the professionalism and the quality in their work. I am a single mother who has a limited income and who doesnt have much knowledge with cars so I shopped around looking for a mechanic who wouldnt rob me blind and who has experience in order to get my car properly fixed. I met with Eric (the owner) who was quite knowledgable but also friendly. He gave me a very fair price and now my car runs new again. Fraudulent auto body shop. My car had barely any damaged to it. They added more damages to the car to get more money out of the insurance company. Since they did that, my insurance won’t pay to repair and won’t cover the cost of my car and now I’m stuck with pay off a totaled car that BARELY had any damage. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Unfortunately I took my sons car to Johnsons auto repair and it was the worse experience I ever had with an automotive mechanic. I cant believehe would lie and rip people off especial a local customer. I would not recommend this guy to anyone in lake Elsinore. Worst decision ever!

On Wednesday, February 18th, Eric Johnson, owner of Johnsons Auto at 571 Crane St, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530, sold me a motorcycle under false pretenses. While at Johnsons Auto, where I purchased it, he repeatedly lied to me about the engine size of the bike. When I went to get insurance put on it I discovered the bike he sold me was a 650cc Yamaha V Star instead of the 1100cc Yamaha V Star he repeatedly told me it was. I believe he might lie to others but cannot afford the lawyer he told me to go get (Im a working parent) so Im writing this review. As a working parent it was the only recourse I could think of. I dont want others to fall victim like myself and would like to think their are consequences for these types of practices. It is my personal believe that he might be the type to overprice you or make up repairs if hes willing to lie so blatantly to me without ANY remorse (no offer to rectify the situation but I got lawyers soooooo..). Simply put..He got me. I believe that given the opportunity he could possibly do it to his customers.

Unfortunately Johnson’s automotive has estimated two of our cars at being a total loss. The last one only had a fender crash and still they totaled the car. Not sure what is going on at this business but I would not recommend them for body repair which he refers to collision pros.
