I got tires for my Focus and they was friendly and fast. Recently got rims and tires for my Mercedes and I love they. They told me my tires would be in Monday that Monday it actually came the next day! Great, friendly and fast service.

When you’re one day late on your payment they will harass you which is fine being that there’s an agreement in place. My issue is when I have a problem with the tires and I’m the first one in line I’m forced to wait 2-3 hrs just for them to say they can’t fix it. Total waist of time. You’ll be better off getting used tires from the hood. Tires aren’t even good quality. There’s other issues but I’m not gonna get into all of that.

I’ve had tires through them but the day before thanksgiving I popped two tires and busted my front rim. They replaced my tires but also helped me get an entire new set of rims for cheaper than what Toyota tried to charge me for just the ONE replacement rim I needed. Employees are nice and try to work with you as much as possible. I feel like they could be a little more organized on the information that they share with their employees, a few of them seem to be on different pages as far as policy goes. But I definitely enjoy using their services.

How I found RNR was on accident! I was in need of tires after the hurricane tore our city up and I had looked everywhere for tires without finding them so I saw RNR and pulled in! There was the store manager Cheyne and a guy at the front counter and they didn’t have the tires I needed at their store but Cheyne said we have them in our Lafayette store if you have some time I will personally go get them, and that’s what he did!! To me there is no better customer service than that!! Since then we have payed those tires off and just bought our son a set for his truck and I am buying rims for my car! If you want complete satisfaction on your purchase and be treated like family then RNR is where you should be no where else!! Thanks Cheyne for everything!!!!

Went to get new tires for my daughters 350z. I was greeted and helped right away by Devin, he was friendly and helpful. I was sad they couldn’t sell the staggered setup as that’s what comes factory on the vehicle but the found some that would work. If that could be a service provided I think it would be even better.

They installed the wrong size tires, vehicles looks weird with the smaller tires. Thos was not understood or communicated until the tires were installed....I spoke with Devon about replacing the tire sensor it didnt happenThen was called and ask to return to complete paperwork.. Unfortunately I will not return to any RNR facility and do not recommend them

Nothing but problems with R and R. Got new tires they said the lights on the dash would go off in a day for pressure.. 2 days later I check the pressure and 17 to 22 psi in all tires. I filled up the tires and the light went off. They dont torq the lugs properly and dont reinstall the valve covers. Poor service..

100% satisfactory!!! Got a nice new flashy set of rims and tires on my truck which will look great on my summer vacation thanks to these dudes! Regardless of the negative and ignorant comments here, the moment I stepped foot into R&R, I was immediately greeted by Shane, the manager, who personally evaluated my situation and needs and set me up with the best deal Ive ever had in any body shop! The contract was read to me word for word! I made the payments consistently and even got paid off early, and still am covered under the policy. Its not their fault if your two lazy or incompetent to actually read the fine print which these guys lay down upfront and do not hide anything. Outstanding and great customer service guys!!!! Definitely will be back! :)

Terrible! Got there to pick up my vehicle & tech left my windows down while it was raining. Car was soaked. I have leather heated/colled seats!! NOT made for water. They have tons of fees & scams not mentioned while purchasing of course! Employees arent anything to be proud of either. If your not financing anything, forget it. They dont care about you. Not everyone needs financing. Its not a home purchase. Its $1200 worth of tires. I dont need financing but your business needs improvement

My mother just paid off her first set. And she is absolutely thrilled at the service she received. She loves the big man in the blue shirt Shawn I think is his name. She went in 4 months ago and wanted 1 tire. He laughed and showed her how all of her tires were as slick as his head. I was there and he explained throughly their payment plan. He took a $5 bill from mom and put new tires on her car. She has never been so happy with service. And I am happy to see a place that treats a female with such honor. I will be buying from them soon enough!

Josh always shows enthusiasm to help his customers out and the mechanic Tommy is always so friendly and fast as well. Goes the extra mile to explain to the customers what he has done for them and asks of there is any other concerns. Love visiting the lakecharles service shop and the care and concern for services.

Miss one payment and they’ll close your account don’t matter how faithfully you are paying them also they have hidden interest fees and the rims and tires shouldn’t cost that much 👎🏾 And the workers in the garage don’t have a damn clue what they doing and very lazy one time when I needed an alignment change the guy told me he couldn’t do it because a simple screw was hard to get off also one of my tire studs was perfectly fine the guy didn’t even add that lug to that part because he thought it was stripped also one of the guys picked up my car to “fix the alignment” a friend called and told me he seen him just joyriding in it and when he brought it back my gas was on E

Started talking with some of the guys at the shop and payment plans/options and couldnt pass them up! They set me up with rims and tires and made it affordable and the service was great! These guys are great especially Cheyene Weir in lake Charles Louisiana. He was very professional and courteous to me and all the other customers. They even treat there employees with respect and care so they do a great job. I will recommend them to anyone!

Every though I am out of their late. It was well worth the wait. I love these guys and the young lady there. And I mostly love all the laughs we had tonight.

Wanted them to check my tires for belt separation. They dont work on tires bought elsewhere. But they checked my tires anyway by looking at them. Informed me that my tires are dry-rotted. Got a really good deal on high quality tires. 6 months no interest.

Absolutely THE BEST AROUND!!!!! They went ABOVE and BEYOND for me today!!! Joe was WONDERFUL Thank you!!! The tire technicians stayed after hours to finish they were AMAZING!!! I recommend RnR to everyone!!! You wont be disappointed thats for sure!!! On top of all of that the Manager went way out of her way to deliver the tires from Beaumont just to make sure I made my trip today!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

I gave 4 stars about 8 months ago but now Im dropping down to 1 star. (I wish there was a 0 star option) I purchased a full set of tires and did the 6 month same as cash payment plan. After faithfully paying $183 on time every month I get told that my card declined on the very last payment. I realised this 3 months after my 6 month agreement I was still getting charged because technically I didnt finish paying off the tires in 6 months. I thought I was to blame for this but after going through my bank records I found out that I had over $800 in the bank on the day I was declined. I now have to eat $900 because of their mess up. They are crooks, and liars

Absolutely the worst experience and customer service I have ever had, in my life, no exaggeration!! They had the car for over 6 hours and I had to call to find out that they couldn’t put the tires on the car because they were told by the references that the car frequently goes to mobile Alabama. Apparently you can’t own property in another state and drive your car there frequently, even though you have a residence in sulphur, Louisiana, that you provided proof for and was even verified when they called the landlord!! But, the guy at the front desk saw the Alabama drivers license and the Alabama address on the I.d and didn’t say there would be a problem! They don’t know how to do business! Like I said, already have one car with tires through them and it wasn’t a problem, but this one was! 🤔 and bill is utd!

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE NUMBERS, I WOULD!!!!!!!So slow, rude. If you make an extra payment they charge you!! You pay twice the amount for their tires...hidden fees...contract not explained well. Take advantage of the working class!!! Oh and now all the tires are missing air!!! Paid over $500 for tires and now I have to go somewhere else to have them fixed/replaced!!!!! They asked if I put air back in the tire and if it was holding. I said for now. Was told to call back if it doesnt hold!!! Really....thats your fix???!!!Get customer service!!!!NOT!!!!!!!!! Their tire prices are fair, but their process takes forever. If you go expect to be there at least an hour. so far I havent been pleased. but Ill see??!!!??

Rude! because i was not a member I had a tire emergency on my RV I had a nail in the tire losing air fast and needed a repair and they shoved me out the door with out offering me anything!

If you have 5-7 hours to kill to get 4 tires mounted, and balanced then this place is for you. I was only customer at the time, and it still took this long. Tires are extremely overpriced, and the contract is scam worthy. Doing the math you can purchase 16 tires almost anywhere else for the price of 4 here. I have learned my lesson, and will never return.

Worse costumer service ever, they move so slow not because they are busy but because they want to charge the time. 4 hours to change 1 tire that is ridiculous.

These people are crooks!!!!! They went to our house when we werent there and harassed our 17 year daughter with threatening to take the air out of the tires an take the wheels off of our vehicle (they dont own the wheels so stealing our wheels). I had to call the cops to prevent them from doing it. We have paid over half of our payments and were behind 3 weeks. So do NOT do business with these people

I dont like leaving negative reviews but Ive had nothing but trouble here. The main problem Im having is being charged 2 times when they draft out of my account... then I have to call and get them to refund 1 charge everytime and they always tell me that Ill have the money back in my account that same day (unless understandably its the weekend) but now my bank account was locked down for insufficient funds to pay my insurance because they cant get their refunds taken care of! So not only did my insurance lap but I also have overdraft fees I have to pay my bank because their screw up! Very unhappy with this situation and i will never refer anyone here!

Terrible experience. Will have to go to the Lake Charles office soon. This company could have jeapordized my life and my family life with the wrong size tires. I went up there on my own as a female and trusted these people and now I may have to contact a lawyer. The tires are completely torn all away around due to the incorrect size. I am hoping that I will not have to contact the Better Business Bureau, and anyone else. It was very heartbreaking knowing that I have been traveling with these tires. Even went there twice for them to check due to my car stating that so,wtbjng was wrong with the tire pressure. When tires that was manufactured in 2002, and the wrong tires were placed on my vehicle. I would have not known if it wasn’t a professional point out that it could possible be a lawsuit. This was a very dangerous situation to be in.

I wouldnt recommend any one to go there. The problem i have with this place when youll have specials for someone to get rims are even tires. I know people is on a budget. Even youll have those where you have to work it out where all of the bills will get paid. We all run into problems even youll. But youll act as though youll never have to struugle. Even rich people fall short. But youll dont even try to help people.thats not right. Think about the next person.

I was told my tires come with a free alignment, but the alignment is included in the overall purchase price. The alignment was scheduled 1 month after i got the tires, bc i was told that they had no alignment guy. So i went back to get the alignment and was told that it could not be done bc the alignment guy did not want to break my tire rod. So, i left without an alignment which i will still be paying for, but i was told i can get however many alignmemts i want for the life of the tires. Not sure how true that is. The bald headed guy is a fast talker and i found him to be quite condescending when i was asking questions the contract. That is all.

Manager was amazing taking care of myself along with four other people! He made sure I was in and out within 45 minutes and my phone was charged! Lol! Amazing manager and customer service skills, he was great and patient with us and my kids! HOWEVER, what I didnt like was one of the guys coming in being loud EVERYTIME he came in for it seem attention, along with the managers side kick basically being immature while he is trying to run a business and take care of customers. For the co worker, ALWAYS complaining on EVERYTHING that he has to do and even after me making the comment that he complains a lot while trying to do business with the managers, I became annoyed with him. I found it as disrespectful behavior to be complain ESPECIALLY in front of the customers. To make the comment to the manager you dont sign my paychecks in front of 5 customers, if I was the manager, tou would have been fired. You was showing out, trying to be cute and funny, when in reality, you was annoy as hell and immature. Other than him and an worker in the shop coming in yelling a worword, I had excellent service from the manager!

My truck is 6mons old so it has fairly new tires. Had a flat an thought id give them some business since they are a new business. I go through alot of tires but dont have to worry abiut me buying them there. Was told that if i didnt buy them there we dont fixem. No problem Ill buy my tires at one of the other 1000 tire businesses in LC.

If you need tires on credit in lake charles its ok. But a bit pricy.

I had a bill of $754 if paid in six months...bought the tires in December with the first note coming out in January...when I was told the notes would be $125 a month i decided to pay $200 a month so I would be done with the payments sooner...which I thought they would be paid off in 4 months as was what was originally planned...now I have 2 months left while still paying $200 a month...so thats 6 months @ $200 which equals $1200 for $754 of tires...I called them and they said its for the insurance, tire damage, etc. etc....which was not explained to me otherwise I would have declined it...so $450 extra dollars wasted...Im not happy with this situation at all...the only reason i gave a one star review is bc i had to to write a comment...NEVER NEVER GO TO THESE CROOKS unless you just dont like money you make
