They did an awesome job refinishing my vintage tub! Extremely professional and they truly care about the quality and workmanship. I would highly recommend them for any type of job large or small!

First had 2 tubs refinished and was very happy with how they turned out. Ryan explained what he was doing,and why, very well. 6 months later we had water damage in a closet with carpet. Called and they came out that very day and got it started drying out finished it the next day. Job was well done. Definitely would recommend.

My husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys!!!! They are professional, compassionate and honest. Ryan never got tired of all my questions and took time to answer them every time with a smile (even if he answered the same thing already). We never had to call for an update while in a hotel during our home repairs. Ryan kept us informed each day on the progress and also informed us of the next days game plan. He and Richard worked as quick as possible to get us back in our home in a little under 2 weeks (which we expected to be much longer).They were always pleasant and professional even when I was being difficult because I was a bit stressed out. Ryan would tell me take a deep breath, stressing is just going to make it worse. Its all going to be ok. Let me handle it! And he did! Every single time. We are so very thankful we had them to walk through this with us. Flooding your house is not ever in the game plan, but if was bound to happen....we are so so so glad Vector was there to take over from the start and not stop til everything was finished. They took control of the situation and all the stress that comes with dealing with insurance. All we had to do was sit back, enjoy our family in a hotel and choose what colors/styles we wanted for the items being replaced. Best experience we could have had in such a tough time. There is no way we would have made it without Vector. Thank you for making our home look better than it did before. We cant say it enough!
