Not sure if this is a real business. A professional sounding man told me his business partner would contact me. A week later, I called back to see if they had forgotten me. They did. Eventually, an adjuster made an appointment to look at my house (which I took off of work to attend) and then she forgot about it. Deal with this business at your own risk.

These two are a nightmare to deal with, they give no follow up of current status, This guy George has no respect for the client plays and texts like a lost kid and has no certifications. Only lies. Does not communicate with insurance company adjusters or engineers just sit back with their hands folded and let things run their course. Does not return calls and doesnt even attempt to follow up on request of the customer. In short? Super lazy, super disorganized..
