This review is way overdue, with life time just often gets by you.When I first contacted this company about a unit, the timing just did not seem right for me to get there. Ms. Sandra was great though. She provided the necessary information I requested from Her. She even checked back with Me to see if I was still interested in the unit. When I finally made it in, to meet Ms. Sandra in person, She was great. She assisted me in finding the appropriate size that I needed. I moved in that day. The unit was clean and smelled fresh. One downside I will say is I recently received a rate increase that was almost half the rate of my unit, even after we just experienced 2 hurricanes here. But overall I would recommend this facility to others. Thanks Ms. Sandra for all you do. Keep up the good work.

I went in to check on a unit after the hurricane. Barry was outstanding in helping me get what i needed and even listening to all I am going thru right now. With all that is going on it was great to have an interaction like this. Great customer service. If you need storage this is the place to go.

The manager and employees at Prien Lake Storage are some of the most helpful, trustworthy people I have ever met. They have helped me through a very stressful part of my life by making sure I can store my stuff at an affordable price and not worry about if it is safe. No matter what questions Ive had, everything has been taken care of. I wont store my stuff anywhere else.

I was referred to U Lock It by my son, who works for FedEx. He does business with many people and I value his opinion. I first met Ms. Bonnie and then Dana. These women are two of the sweetest people Ive met.Dana, the manager is very professional, yet empathic to her customers concerns. They make me feel like family. I am more than pleased with the premises. When I check my units, everything is in tact as I left it.I highly recommend U Lock It to anyone needing storage units.

This place is owned by the sweetest soul run by a matching sweet soul and theres so much more to it than meets the eye! I cant tell you how incredibly satisfying it is to do business here. I dont give reviews lightly. I mean what I say when I do give them.

The front desk lady Sandra was so professional she helped me out a lot

My storage was broken into, and I was never notified about it. I had only had it for maybe a week, if that. I had to find out by going up there. Of course they claimed they called me, but never did. It was hell getting my insurance check, and a police report to file a claim on the storage building. The ladies in the office started off nice, then became really unprofessional after a while. Also they changed my lock twice, without notifying me first. More things came up missing after they changed my lock. Also, was charged for the storage building after everything was moved out of the storage building. Tried to get a refund, and the lady claimed my card was on auto-pay.. and she couldn’t refund me my money. I just took the lost, and went dispute the payment through my bank. The cameras never work there, idk why they even have them if they can’t even stop the break ins. Please don’t let them take your money, cause it’s not worth it. I had way better experience with other storage buildings in the past, and they was actually climate controlled. They don’t even offer that options here. Plus more than half of the storages there are falling apart, or already demolished. Needs tons of work.

Too expensive

Ive dealt with U Lock It for some time now and never had any issues with them. They have the nicest ladies in the office and always willing to help out. They get to know their customers, when the customer goes in to tend to business.

U Lock It Storage accidentally sold all of our belongings. (Apparently it was a mix-up with our unit (a zero balance) and one that was up for public auction. Among the items, my family bible, antique salt and pepper shaker sets, and every belonging in my home. They have stopped responding, sent aggressive emails, and has referred us to their insurance company. (Who has also stopped responding.) If you use them-beware-if you are looking into use them, run, dont walk away.

This Is Without A DOUBT THE NICEST, MOST FRIENDLY FACILITY IVE EVER HAD!PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AFFORDABLE AND TOP NOTCH!! AND IM NOT RELATED TO ANYONE THERE! A++++++++
