I received a call about payment today.I explain that I had ask them two months ago to use my cc for monthly payments and if they have any questions to contact me not the person who open the account.I asked her to explain she just only wanted the payment and not explain until I asked a second time,I gave her my cc and continue to ask questions she said thank you and hangup while I was still talking with her.I still dont have the answers to my questions.I look forward to someone contacting me.

While Ive had issues with their online functions, their office staff is helpful, and they have pretty good rates. Its also conveniently a block from the mall, if thats a help to decide!
