Not often would I write a favorable review of an insurance company, but Tuwannas agency has been a real pleasure to work with ever since I was reassigned to them (my 4th Allstate agent over the years). Not just professional, but caring, helpful, responsive, and not going out of the way to push products on you as might be the typical reason for a call. My hurricane claim experience has been a good one, and Tuwanna helped make that happen even as we were getting assigned a new desk and/or field adjuster every 2-3 weeks due to the seasonal nature of that business. Tuwanna has been head and shoulders above any agent from any insurance company I have worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Tuwanna Guillory-August: Allstate Insurance Agency to anybody looking for home and auto insurance.

Very friendly, they treat you like family, will give you information that you need, even if you decide to go else where, very honest and sincere. Love the lunch appreciation for customers before the pandemic. Oh yes, the price for insurance for two vehicles is very affordable, compare to other insurance companies.

All I can say is my experience after hurricane Laura, whatever you do dont use allstate as your insurer.
