Never had a bad experience dealing with this company. Mrs. Margaret is always very helpful and kind. Best insurance company I have used.

I paid 50% of my R. E. Insurance premium. I did not see this amount deducted from my checking account. I call the office and spoke to Kevin about the payment not deducted from my account. I was told by him that I need to pay the full premium. I paid the 1/2 on Jan 26 tho or 27th. I paid the total premium on the 28th or 29th. A day later both payment was deducted from my checking account. I was given wrong information by him. I was told he would call the company that process the payment and get back both me. As of this date I have spoken to Kevin about 3 times,. Each time he told me he would call me back. Today is Friday, February 7th and Kevin have not called me back. I did talk to a women in the office and she gave me some information. The employee of Jim Mitchell should care enough about their customers to return a call. I am very disappointed in this young man.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I just called to get a quote and the person hung up on me after I asked a question. Then when I called back and told the person who hung up on me that I didnt appreciate being hung up on she was like I thought you hung up on me. She needs to be trained better on how to deal with people.

Jim Mitchell State Farm will steal your money. I have documentation they were supposed to cancel a check and yet they deposited my money anyway and refuse to refund my money for their error. Stay away from these people!

Unreliable. They offered me matching quote in order to switch and after 6 months and without reason they raised it 50%.
