John and his team are always available. Since Hurricane Laura we have moved 3 times and had no issues with changing our renters policy.

The Fear agency does very well here locally with customer service and I never had any issues in the past John has good people working there but after these hurricanes came in 2020 i am not completely satisfied with the claims process after two hurricanes followed by an ice storm and numerous adjusters they have been a huge headache for me to say the least as a customer here in Louisiana on repairing my homes which is still not finished after 8 or 9 months now. This is my honest review and experience thus far on dealing with this company as a whole.

I really enjoyed the way they handle my damage from the hurricane they were prompt and fair I thought.But Im not to glad that my insurance went up so much.And also I didnt ask to go paperless, I still want to get everything by mail . And I would appreciate ur help in this matter Thank Yall !

John and Ms. Shelli is very helpful when trying to chose the right coverage on my home and auto. After dealing with the hurricanes claims, I am more cautious on my home and auto policies. I was not satisfied with the claims process when dealing with my homeowners policy. Having numerous adjusters made it a nightmare for my family when dealing with two hurricanes.

Each time I have had any opportunity to speak to or deal with Ms Shellie in your office, it has been the absolute highlight of my day. She is such an upbeat and positive person to speak to. She has her customer service skills down to an art and if she doesnt truly enjoy her job, shes really got me fooled. She makes doing business with your office an actual pleasure!! Thank you!!

I’m 53 so I’ve had to have Insurance for quite some time, out of all the agents and agencies I’ve done business with there is no other that can compare or compete with John or his Staff. John is the Friendliest, kindest, and can do Person I know. When I needed to sign a paper or needed a copy of something John would drive the 35/40 miles from his Main office to my home many times. I also can’t say enough about Johns Team at his Westlake office. Those ladies worked their fingers to the bone trying to get me where I needed to be on Price and coverage and always super Friendly. John and his Staff also came and helped my Wife and I serve food at a Benefit to help raise money for a local Deputy that was injured in a crash. These People are one in a million.

All I can say is my experience after hurricane Laura, whatever you do dont use allstate as your insurer.Agent hasnt returned a single voicemailI wouldnt call the estimate I was given for damages lowballing more like theft.Any contact with them, they make you feel like youre trying to steal from them.I knew I was screwed when I started getting estimates, when the contractor asked me who was my insurer, when said allstate, every one said sorry.

The staff are very professional. Responsive when changes are needed. Also, would recommend to anyone in need of coverage.

Im not sure about the value part tho. State farm has beaten ALLSTATES price by only $10.00 a month. But, they said in the month of May. They will have more of a price reduction. I like allstate. But, I also like saving money. I will always have to pay for something, i May never need. But, again if i can save a little money. Money in my pocket is better then money in my insurances pocket. Well find out in May just how much i can save. Might have to make a switch. I hope allstate can match or beat statefarms price. But, well see.
